Similar to Big bass wheel, I kept receiving errors when trying to redeem pts for tickets. I uninstalled the app & reinstalled it. When I go to enter my card info, I get "There was an error posting card info to playfab". Please fix the app so I can enter my card info AND redeem points without getting any errors.

This game is great. It's super fun and gives you real tickets. The redemption problem alot of people have only comes up if you don't have enough points to get ur full 100 tickets or if you've already redeemed 100 in the past 24 hours. Other than that it works great. Idk why people are complaining about the ticket cap because it's a FREE app.

You can earn points but unfortunately when you try to redeem points for tickets over 95% of the time you get a server or communications error. This also has an additional feature where it sometimes acts like it works and takes points out of your account but gives you zero tickets for the points it removes. Contacting the developers they say yes this is a problem. No resolution in several months. I have lost points and received 0 tickets at least 30 times now.

Same problem as older version except now you get an annoying "connection fail." My connection is fine, maybe you should upgrade your servers and stop powering them with a potato.

The gameplay has a cheap way of when you get your stack up high, blocks will spawn far away. So you can either swing you tower fast to get the block, ruining your tower, or watch the quickly falling block whish past you. I can't even redeem my tickets.

Main feature of the game doesn't even work, people who made this app don't care about anyone, too lazy, cheap, and too busy eating potato chips to make a simple fix. Can never redeem points, don't get this game, read reviews but thought it wouldn't happen to me... first hand account of my experience with these lazy fat developers

I'm maybe able to redeem tickets once or twice a week despite multiple tries every day. Fix the connection issues, seriously!!

Redeemed thousands of points to get that message - even double checked my power card, yup no tickets transferred. Fun enough games but waste of time if you ask me...

I just don't understand how everyone would be hating a game that gives you free tickets. I understand that some people have issues redeeming their tickets, but so far I have been able to collect all of my tickets with no problem, so please stop the hate.

This app used to work fine, but for the last couple of weeks it keeps taking 2500 pts. and saying (Redemption Successful 0 tickets)

I have played the app and when I try to turn in points for tickets the app give me 0 tickets and uses my points. This needs to be fixed!

It was fine and now all of a sudden it won't let me redeem my points; and tells me to type in my power card code yet when I do; it doesn't do anything. Please fix this. I was getting so good at this game.

Its good but its just a bug they will fix it in a few months jeez people dont be mean

The game was fine for awhile, then it started telling me I didn't have sufficient funds even though I had over 10,000 points. After a while it completely stopped letting me redeem my points for tickets. I uninstalled and reinstalled to see if that would fix it but all it did was make me lose all my points. I am extremely upset with this app and its lack of consistency.

It's fun for a bit but you're not able to redeem the points. I type in power card # but always fails

The game is fun to play. However, if you can't redeem your points for tickets as the App clearly suggests you can, what's the fkn point???

Only issue I have is when I go to redeem for my tickets, it takes the points but doesn't give the tickets. Ita almost enough to uninstall this.

Whoever thought of this app is a genius marketer! I am sure D&B has received a little boom in business because of this app. This app makes me go to D&B to spend more money and win more tickets!! Well done!

Connected to my power card. Tried to get tickets. Says connect power card. Tried again. Says power card can only be connected to one device

The app will no longer allow me to redeem tickets. It just gives me a server connection error. Fix and I will give more stars.

I was excited for a new way to get tickets but I couldn't redeem my tickets because it said error try again later. I tried later and it still didn't work. The game was entertaining but that's disappointing enough to quit until it's fixed. Update, I was able to redeem for 100, I wish you didn't have to wait 24 hours.

Nexus 7 constant "cannot connect to server" when trying to redeem points despite having a perfectly fine internet connection. Hate that there's a 100 ticket cap every day when redeeming points for tickets....I'm earning them, I should be able to redeem more than a measly 100. Raise the cap to 500 or more and fix these annoying errors and I'd give a full 5 stars.

It was ok at first but then it starting saying ticket reduction successful you got 0 tickets. I am very upset bc I had thousands and thousands of tickets

It will not let you redeem any tickets. It keeps saying "error please try some time later". Please fix this issue! If Dave & Busters does not fix these apps then I will NEVER go back there again! I was a regular paying customer going there every Wednesdays spending $50 or more. These games help me earn a few extra tickets but now it does not work and no one seems to be fixing it. I will not spend another dime there until these games get fixed!!

Pice of junk does not let you redeem your tickets it does not work correctly

For the several days, I've been unable to redeem my points. Now, the bug has taken it a step further and when I attempted to redeem my 2,500 points, I'm awarded zero tickets. This happened twice, so I lost 5 thousand points in total.

Says I don't have enough points to get even 10 tickets even though I have more than 2500 points. Would also recommend letting people redeem for tickets the next day rather than waiting exactly 24 hours. Pretty annoying keeping track of the exact hour. UPDATE : now I can't redeem at all because of a "connection error" that's been going on for a couple days

This app is now charging me points to redeem for the tickets and not actually putting them on my card. It's been happening for a week now. I even tried to report the error via the app's email link and have not received any response at all. Very poor customer service Dave and Busters!

I love this game but now it wo.t let me redeem points. It keeps saying service connection problems and try again later for days now.. Please fix this!!

These apps are a goldmine. All I have to say.

I have been trying to redeem my 100 tickets per day for over a week and it takes my points but will not give me tickets.

Wont let me redeem. It says i do not have sufficient points to redeem when i have over 7000. Before it used to be a connection fail. Before it wouldn't redeem. it used to get stuck spining to redeem but nothing.. Im getting very upset..

About 99% of the time i try to redeem points for tickets it says it cannot connect to the server. It also does this to all my friends with the app as well. Please fix this issue otherwise noone is going to want to play this game

When stacking blocks if previous block is not stable/bouncy and another falls it will get stuck in mid air and glitch the round. Half the time servers doesn't connect/work. !!

So I've read a lot of people saying it does not connect... the trick is to have more then one card and switch them out... crazy I know but it has worked for me everytime that and error has come up. :)
