I paid one month subscription but it is not working and I can't find a contact to ask for help. :-(

This game just doesn't want to down load I deleted games so I can put it on and it keeps coming up with eras

OK so after some frustration I did actually hear back from one of their reps. Being away on leave he couldn't help me until he got back to the office (fair enough). When I did hear back he fixed our problem and ensured we were more than happy customers. I'm loyal again to this app - which is unusual for me - I usually just give up if there is a problem! I really recommend it to people now. Thanks Chris!!!
