Chess By Post Free

This is a great app but does not always sync between tablet and desk top! Opponents have 5 days to move, can we reduce that to two days?? Please. I also have 2 finished games hanging on my desktop app that will not go away.

If someone doesn't move for 5 days they forfeit the game. However if you get someone who's a jerk they simply offer a draw and it resets the timer on the 5 days. I have a game that i can do nothing about because this person is going to lose. It's like being held captive. Fix this and I'll bump back to 5 stars

Make an undo move button with a timer of 1minute or even less. It happened with me thrice when my reflex betrayed me and a wrong move was submitted even though I had something else planned. This app is great to improve your chess skills but try staying out of the plan moves button if you really want to be a professional chess player.

I have always felt the need for the board coordinates, specially when I am analyzing the game with my opponent. With the board coordinates visible, it becomes even more convenient to discuss what would have been a better move. Hope to get the feature added in the next update. :)

Simple to use to play international (and domestic) chess! The crash while planning moves is the Android OS glitching, not the app. I see it while attempting to type this review apps.

A good app.... But i m facing a problem RN Whenever i open app,it shows "unable to refresh your games,please restart" Help me please..

Players with losing records should not be in the Top 100. My user name is Effin. Send a game request. You also find these players who know there going to lose and they make the same move over and over again forcing a draw.

The scroll feature is not working properly on my Samsung Galaxy S7. Theres a graphics glitch when I try to scroll down the page to view previously finished games for example.

Good concept, games are interesting as you can think more, try variation by plan moves. Gave 4 star as it missed take back option sometimes in friendly game it's handy.

Uninstalled with recovery not easy took two days to figure out how to sign in google account to the play store. Facebook is fine browser is fine

The app is awesome. Hats off to the developers. Please fix the issue of Facebook connect. Nor I can access FB friends neither I can share it

This is an amazing app and I have been playing chess on this app since past 2 years. However, there's a bug in the app which is pretty annoying and I have reported that bug too to them. Sometimes, when you are playing a game with somebody and when they make a move, you get a notification. As soon as you open it, you can see the chess board in all one color which is black. Instead of being able to see the chess board in black and white or whatever color you have chosen, you see it in all black.

Still no updates! Reviews are not good! Maybe you should start reading them and your emails and respond or just fix the concerns!? Just do something so one knows the app has not been abandoned!? :-(

Great app! But unfortunately the notifications are glitchy on android. They only work half of the time notifying its your turn. If fixed it would be great.

Increase the graph timeline. More board styles. Dates for messages between users...

I am one of the few that uses a Windows Phone, and this app works great on that platform and works and looks the same on Android and iPhone. Unlike Chess with Friends which looks totally different on Android and iPhone and doesn't support Windows

Put a lot of hours into this and it works well. Would appreciate an option to change the notification sound - can't distinguish the difference between a chess move or a text message.

Very nice app for playing against other humans. Decent simple interface, no clutter, does the job. Only improvement would be the ability to choose the duration of the auto time-out for games with friends, and also have games against friends rated. At the moment I think there is no time out.

I love the app so much but lets also play timed games. Bullet, 5min, 10min and 30min. Profile pictures will also make the app lively. Otherwise thumbs up!!!!

When entering facebook link it gets into a loop stating "you have already authorized chess by post" Gets stuck on there and wouldn't go through.

Can you add the "moving ahead" feature. If I will win in 3 moves, I have to wait 6 days or more !! The feature is in every chess app btw!

...good contrast, smooth game play, clean large board. All good, but why does it keep notifying me even though it's still my opponent's turn? It does this a lot. It should not send me a notification unless it's my turn.

My rating is going down 100 points when i loss but when i win i will get only 15 points please change it

I love playing chess..n at first this was working very smoothly. But now I can make my move and can't refresh. Please fix these bugs and update it. Waiting for better update.

I m a chess coach. I hav told my students to play with each other on "Chess by Post". It will b wonderful if i can watch their moves/positions by joining their games as a guest/trainer. Plz do sumthing abt it.... This will make ur game extremely popular in d chess field..

Look i love this app but i wish that you could rotate the screen for those of us whos screen is broken and some of the corners dont work. 5 stars if you do!

Great well designed fun forum for playing corispondance chess or symaltanious chess

Allways plenty of chess heads to play with. Great that you confirm move before posting. Would be even better if the leaderboard showed not only the top 100 but also show where you are on the leader board. E.g. 100 gemf ... 457 baka77

Thanks for making this. Of course those ratings are just for fun. Wishlist: a button with "next game" or a return to Your Move list after you've made a move. An ability to force people to move faster than within 24 hrs. On rated games. The ability to challenge people with ratings as high as 200 above yourself.
