Bought for my partner for Christmas, but he has to pay to download the said "free" apps. Doesn't connect to my phone, so even though he paid to download the multiplayer app after I spent $150 on the guns, I can't use it either. None of the websites work so I can't get any help. How can I contact HEX3?

I bought the AppTag device for Christmas because it was on sale and then came here to download the app. I saw enough negative review that I contacted the company to express my concern and possibly cancel my order. The company convinced me to try it and I'm glad they did. it is quite fun and works very well. We used it with the Galaxy S4 phone.. The company said it only works with the Galaxy phones and iphones so be sure to check what phone you have.

if i could rate this less then 1 star i would. here's an email i wrote to hex3 about this product. Hello, I recently purchased your gun for your app tag game and I honestly have to say it is one of the biggest pieces of garbage i've ever tried in my life. the second you move the gun even slightly up or down (sitting the recommended 1.5m away from the stupid sensor, i thoroughly measured the distance) it pauses, and does this an incalculable number of times. I swear to god that your gun game has been the biggest waste of $68 i've ever spent. This app tag gun game is a worthless piece of junk.Also i'll be posting this same review onto the Google play store. Thanks for getting me to spend $68 on a useless piece of crap.

Words cannot describe how infuriating your stupid STUPID box target pattern thing is! It's like you DELIBERATELY positioned the buttons to make them IMPOSSIBLE to hit without taking the target partially out of view of the camera - and as soon as your target pattern thing is even partially out of shot, BOOM - the whole thing just bugs out makes me mad just THINKING about it! biggest waste of money in the entire history of human existence

Unable to make it work, doesn't "magically" connect to my phone and it only works 1/2000 tries if I click on screen... Website not working so no extra info possible... Sucks for now, what is too bad because it could be great gadget...
