Sometimes I don't get rewarded even though I've started the app, done tutorials etc (be careful of that). And there are ways of getting coins that require you to spend money, personally I think that you should be able to filter it in someway to only see download apps or surveys or videos.

It's a great app but I'm having a problem. I won an item but the app won't send it to me, it keeps saying "we're sorry, something went wrong". I tried opening up a support ticket but that system is very complicated in itself!

This was good. But after a heap of people got banned they changed it so you only get rewarded for a few video ads a day now; anymore and the videos stop rewarding you despite it saying so otherwise. Additionally all my coins got removed for no reason - I've already notified support regarding this and no further action has happened.
