So I have been playing this game for a couple weeks and have lost several hundred thousands of coins due to crashing on my first bonus game of the day and being reset to the amount of coins I had when I opened it for the day. I have sent an email to the support team and if the problem is fixed I will adjust my review accordingly.

Fix the bounus round glitch it exits the game when you get bonus as it is very frustrating losing 100k plus each time it stuffs up

This app is total bulls***. I was playing and winning big. I was up to $48,000 and, I just raised my bet to $1250. My next spin I got the bonus game. Then BAM the app unfortunately stopped. WTF so I opened the app up again and my balance was at $7,500. Really I just lost all the money. I do not recommend this app to anyone.

I've been gaming for years and I have never been kicked off line as much as I have on this game. THESE PEOPLE DO NOT CARE! I have sent countless comments and no response! DO NOT GIVE THEM REAL MONEY! Its very obvious that this is a crooked game!

The bonus quests never reload. Just shows the same one I finished months ago. I emailed them and they came in and they were gone vefore the time limit was up. If you want to just press a button and watch fake money go up and down this is a great app. But for something more i wouldnt bother with this game

everytime I play, I'll get several pieces of the map, & then crashes, takes my chips, whn in the bonus game it always crashes!!! I have reported this everytime it happens but never a reply or fix. uninstalling, just too aggravating

It's fun, but crashes practically every time I get the skeleton bonus, and i lose all of the points I'd gained d during current session. I get no response when I report the problem. I love the game, but regretfully will delete. Playing is much too aggravating.

I find it ridiculous that you can spend 500,000 credits & not even get 1 of the collection pieces!!!! Don't waste your time people

I just lost everything that l had, over +3000 gems, money and all the games etc. I am now back to an initial download.. ground zero. WHY? Finally deleting....never fixed bonus rounds.

The holiday / seasonal slots never 'come available ' on the days they say they will... and other bonus glitches irk ing me kinda stopped playing it like I was when I first got the app.

Same thing going on with me as others complain about. Would not recommend. There are better ones out there.

Had earned 20k, got the bonus, app shut down, went back in and the 20k were gone. Bullshit game.

Every time I get a bonus this game gets a mind of its own and kicks me out of the bonus tried to uninstall and reinstall but still did the same thing sooooo glad I didn't waste my hard earned money on this game and I fell really bad for the good people that lost their money cause this games nothing more then a scam beware and save your money

Even though it freezes sometimes its a awesome app. Very good job guys keep it up..but thumbs down on how much have to pay for a slot hundred dollars its ridiculous meanwhile the others cost 99cents what is up wit that. Needs some updates on freezing time its annoying and waste of coins.

Payouts are small and infrequent . And when you get a bonus game will stop working ,causing you to on loose whatever progress you've made

How come everytime i hit a bonus the game shuts down and you lose getting the bonus and to make matters worse the last time it happened to me it also took away the 20,000 coins i had just won on free spins...lame! Fix the bugs and you would have one of the best slot games on here.

Game freezes and kicks you out when you have big win or bonus

Okay I originally gave the game a 5 star but as the previous reviews are saying whenever I gain bonus points the game goes off and returns with very little points this is disturbing I would also give the game a 5-star if you fix the glitch in the bonus

It seems that some of tbe games when I get the bonus round game cuts out & I lose everything it sucks

Can not rate the game properly if it fails at the bonus game and you end up losing all points you earned.

I sent u a email on the 26th of april its now the 15th of may and still no reply the bonus glitch where app closes and takes all your chips has been going on for over 6 month's and to make it worse today for the 3rd time this year the app has reset my progress and stolen a few hundred thousand chips and a couple hundred gems your happy to take my money but when there is problems you can't be contacted I will never use a casino games studio app again

I really like this game I will give this a 5 star if u fix bonus glitch and other stuff that the app really needs I I'm afraid to buy money on this game because it's so glitchy on the bonuses and some other things PLZ FIX??

I was enjoying it. I received a bonus in a game and collected a few hundred thousand coins and then a couple spins later another bonus came up and the app quit on me (this is a known frustrating issue I was learning to deal with) but to have all my progress taken away while playing that game is just theft in my opinion. Sure its free but I'd rather put my time into a game that's better programmed.
