You buy coins and they don't activate at all! Constantly contacting support ! I purchased coins several times a few days ago. No problem. However, upon purchasing the $99.99 pack, my credit card was charged but no coins appeared in my "bank account". I immediately emailed AGS customer support and pasted the email which showed the charge and the order number. But after two emails to AGS, I have yet to receive a response. It seems Legal assistance is my next option. I can work with a company if an error occurs but when there is no response, then I consider it theft.

Just keep playing...I do..there are long periods of not hitting many wins,but when it gets wound up the hits can be huge...has one of my favorite 'real live' casino machine that I always play when I hit the casino..."Royal Reels" I love that game..

The game take 4 hours to give you money and I got up to level 34 and it started me back at level one. Fire wolf game. It take 50,000 for a spin. You wait four hours and you may not even get 50,000. I started the game again, now I am on level 32 and it stop playing again, this is so sorry, how can you like it, when they make it so hard to get to another level. The game is sorry.
