Tutorial:

Yellow diamond = 2 points but you will grow larger
Blue diamond = 1 point and small size increase
Red Diamond = 2 points and you will shrink
Green Diamond = 1 point and small size decrease

Red flashing light = you need to grow or shrink quickly
