Lexathon® word jumble

A couple of days ago my Pro version reverted back to having ads which really bugged me. I was not real happy but the response from tech support was fantastic and I was very pleased. Eventually, with their assistance, I got my Pro version back and I revised my review to reflect that. Thanks for being so responsive and helpful.

One of my long term faves. But it won't accept the word "*'sten"* (type of old-fashioned gun used in old wars). Why? Other than this I love the challenge! Always seem to fly to the halfway mark then get really start to struggle - my brain just ends up seeing the same words over and over.

Really liked the obvious yet minimal design with dictionary support (main reason of download) - it even links back to root words with TTS. Occasional lag that doesn't load a lookup and, will you add a share option of word, dictionary or both in that popup? Optimally, would prefer a quick export of custom selected words with brief meanings but some definitions can be multiple while others are just long.. Otherwise, am already learning a ton on forest run! Oh and double thank you for the unexpected poem.

Liked this little game for a long time, paid for Lexathon Pro, but trying to install on new phone and there's no sign of the pro version, so the ads are back. Pretty annoying, but sorted a while ago with the ads once again removed, then recently after an sd card failure had to do a fresh install and the ads are back, with again no sign of my purchase in the transactions list. What gives?

For mid-range skill level with word games. Simple, quick, & fun.

If you like word games this is one of the best!

Great game. Seems to be made up of an entire dictionary. Other games are very limited in words and screens and have words that aren't really words. Not so with Lexathon. It's amazing and addicting.

I don't llike that you won't even accept the word BOOBS!!!! Whoever decides what's acceptable words in this game should play WORD HERO. They're in the 21st century

Challenging

I love this game... not many single player word games that can even add up! But I wont be playing anymore... the add at the botton of the screen blinks and blinks and flashes and takes up room we should have for play. Get rid of it or get rid of me.

I've been playing this for years. It's great for killing a few moments (or an hour, if you're not careful) or to have a bit of a brain tease on the subway. Some reviews imply you have to play through a single puzzle in one session, but just press the back button or put your phone to sleep to pause the timer. I often play the larger puzzles over several days, which helps me approach them with a fresh mind and new vigor. I've even learned a few new words along the way. It's effortlessly fresh every play. And it's totally free. Shell out for the pro version. You'll be playing a lot anyway.

This is my go to game whenever I have some down time. I've even learned some new words!

The only issue I have with Lexathon is the occasional unavailability of the word definition server. Otherwise I love this game! Played for years, not bored yet!

Really do like this game, and probably play it far too much. Support responds quickly to add words that they've missed - and there is the option to add "other" words. This remains the only game I have ever paid for on my phone

Great until the Luck2win adware (virus?) takes over. Removed the app and everything's OK. Reinstalled and the adware is back, pop-ups galore.

Great game. A few bugs and it uses up some data.

I've been playing this for a couple of years. My friend and her teenage girls have been playing it just as long. It's the only game app I use on my phone. The girls will play other games but always go back to this.

Used to live this but Update has loud sound which you cannot switch off and the purple colour is hellish. Have uninstalled now. Pity - I loved it.

Would be 5 stars, but, this game is English, so why is the word 'casa' accepted, which is Spanish (maybe Italian also) meaning: house, and 'ciao' which is an Italian word meaning goodbye...what kind of a game is this? I have to try words in many languages? Uninstalled

I really like this game, but I'm having an issue with it freezing up. Other than that, great game

I really love it..great word game and complex enough to be interesting but not so hard that its totally frustrating. Not too many ads which is the biggest benefit.

Lexathon has quickly become the go to favorite word puzzle game for my wife and I to play together or individually. The user friendly game play and controls are first rate. Especially enjoy seeing the word list of words that were .Issued each round so I can review the words.

I would give it 5 stars if it let you select a smaller number of words. 10 or less would be great. The minimum word limit is 25, and that's too many when I want a quick game. Any chance of adding a smaller minimum?

I've been playing this game for a few years now and consider it to the best of it's type around. I especially like the fact that you can play offline so no ads. Thank you to everyone involved in creating it.

Interesting, but the game's dictionary isn't large enough. Many words I know are valid are rejected.

I have tried other word games but keep coming back to this one. Ya, some of the words are like wtf, but overall is a solid reliable game. Give it a shot

I like the fact that you can suspend the game and come back to it when you're fresher and more alert if you've been at it for some time and are having trouble making words.

Been playing this for ages but I have blinking ads for 'best dating websites ' and it won't load up on new games.. Fix please.. I've paid for pro version..

I play it every day. I've been playing for years and it has crashed fewer than a handful of times. You can edit the dictionary to remove crazy words and jargon. This is my favorite word game, hands down!!

Good game but it crashes all the time. The last update fixed the crashing but now its wiping out my sound. Too many bugs!

Love this game! Latest update crash it, but the Team fix it in very quickly. Great customer service!!!
