** REVIEWS **

"Literally slapped my thigh" funny. "Spat water all over my iPad" funny. "Woke my girlfriend in the middle of the night" funny. Riotously, unrelentingly, brilliantly funny. - Pocket Gamer - 9/10 - Gold Award!

"Yes, it’s Shakespeare and yes, it’s easily my favorite gamebook that Tin Man has ever done." - Pocket Tactics - 5/5 stars

"...an idea that is, by most conventional literary standards, terrible, but pushed so far past terrible that it wraps around like a comet slingshotting around the sun and comes back as utterly brilliant." - Time

"To Be Or Not To Be truly is one of the most purely-entertaining experiences of the year, because Ryan North manages to both live up to my expectations with his take on this literary classic, and also manage to go to places that I just did not expect." - Touch Arcade - 5/5 stars

I was hesitant to pick this up. How interesting could a Hamlet CYOA be? The answer is f'n hilarious. Its really well written with great art, totally makes fun of the modern pretention surrounding Shakespeare and all the chars in the play. Even of youre not interested in Shakespeare (like me) the gamebook is still worth getting. If you ever wanted the ghost of hamlets dad to revenge himself by becoming corporeal inside Claudius and exploding him, nows your chance!

This is the most hilarious game ever. It is even surprisingly clean...well, for Shakespeare. Get ready for a lot of twists and turns

Strongly recommended that you read/watch the original version (Kenneth Branagh's film version is long, but easily accessible) before playing. However, there are tons of inside references to the original works, and the comedic timing of the adventure-choosing (as vast as it is) is spot-on and razor sharp. A must buy for high-school/college students that have studied Hamlet in the past!

This game is wonderful for us book lovers and anyone who enjoys we comics like Hark! A Vagrant. The downside is that in order to unlock all the different outcomes, you have to go through so many routes that it can be repetitive. An in game map of all the endings would be nice, as I had to look one up online because I couldn't figure out what I was doing wrong to unlock different achievements. Still, it's a great game that shows the writer has a great love and grasp of the subject

It's bloody hilarious. The book is snarky as hell. The illustrations are done by fantastic webcomic artists (and are all properly credited with links in the gallery!). The branch points are silly as heck and are great fun to explore. My only small gripe is that it's not that easy to scroll back at certain points, but minor complaint. Also, the game takes full advantage of the digital medium to include achievements, music, and other neat extras. It 's a great buy whether you're a gamebook novice or veteran looking for a ROFLMAO inducing read.

I loved this game. Thought about getting it on steam ever since it came out, but kept deciding not to. I'm glad I bought it for my phone. It is the greatest way to kill time or just read something ridiculous and hilarious!

One of the most played games in my mobile library. There isn't a moment when I'm not smiling while playing. from the writing to the artwork, this is more than worth the purchase. I'm constantly pestering friends to buy it, haha.

This book is pretty good, but it needs landscape mode like the other books from this developer have. Other than that, it's just what I'd expect from Tin Man Games!

Nice design and idea, but the game itself I found boring, bordering on tedious. Based on the reviews I expected to love it. In fact I uninstalled it within the hour.

plenty of space on my device and i ended up walking through all the google play troubleshooting steps without effect. (force stopped google play, cleared the cache, restarted my tablet etc etc etc.) ended up having to ask for a refund, but would love to be able to play this one day.

If you loved the book, or if you wanted to read it but books don't do it for you, this game has it! All the pages are broken into digestible pieces ('paragraphs') and you get to touch the screen to see new ones. Then, when there is a path to be chosen, I forgot to mention there's a Shakespearean piano type melody playing. You can turn that off in "options" if you want but I like it so anyway, you can CHOOSE the path you want! I'm almost out of space for reviewing.
