About Touch the Square! - Speed Game
How many shapes can you touch in 30 seconds? Square, triangle, circle, cube, octagon! If you touch the correct square, you'll be given a 2 second bonus. But be careful, if you touch the wrong square, 5 seconds will be taken off!
Touch the Square! is a casual / educational game (for both children and adults) where the goal is to touch the correct object from a number of categories: Shapes, Numbers, Colours & Patterns, Fruit & Vegetables, Japanese Hiragana, and Japanese Katakana. All categories are free to play due to the game being ad-supported.
Although Touch the Square! is more of a children's game, it is playable by all ages, but is especially useful to language learners (English and Japanese) and kids.
The goal of this game is to hear/read a word and touch the appropriate picture from the selected category. E.g. touch the circle, rectangle, or cylinder; touch the colour blue, green, or gold; touch the brick pattern, the stripe pattern, or the camouflage pattern; touch the apple, lemon, or potato, and lots more!
Features include:
• Music and speech. Each shape is read aloud and displayed on the screen. Music and/or speech can be turned off in the Settings screen.
• Four difficulty levels: Easy, Medium, Hard and Extreme. As the game progresses, more words/pictures are exposed to aid learning. Example shapes include: hexagon, semi-circle, cube and hemisphere. Example colours and patterns include: lavender, olive, houndstooth and argyle. Example fruits and vegetables include: mandarin, sweet potato, pomegranate and cabbage.
• Randomly order the words if desired.
• Landscape and portrait orientations are supported.
• Both tablet and phone screen sizes are supported.
Touch the Square is ad-supported.

It's good to see an app without ads. I know app developers need an income, but if people like their app, they'll buy the full version. The game is fast, fun, I'd guess it's good for people learning English vocab.
