Kingdoms at War: Hardcore PVP

Incessant server issues and terrible user support. These last two days are a perfect example of where the servers were giving an invalid response and when they were back up, they gave the usual crystals to compensate but didn't care about all the premium items that were wasted during the time. The support team obviously sent template responses to apologize for the inconvenience and then closed the support ticket instantly.

Just made a purchase a few days ago during an event... The item I purchased didn't get used and I haven't been refunded or contacted by the devs. Ridiculous waste of my money and time. Something has to be done. I've been patiently awaiting a response! This is abysmal.

New event unable to login then thereafter fix, still same issue unable to login n unload keep show" Invalid response from server. Pls do something again n extend event timing and/or xtals. Thx!

KAW may cost real money, but only if you want to spend it lol Love the eb's and meeting people from all over the world... I have some pretty wonderful friends in KAW and family as well. Building my Kingdom is a blast and seeing my CS go up and up is a real high... Luv KAW for many reasons... the people I meet is the reason I stay... oh, did I mention... total HTE junkie and Kawcaine Kawaholic here lol and I do spend real money because I can and our devs, pretty damn intelligent if you ask me lol

Thank you for listaning i have been playing for over 2 years. And this time you made up for the problems. This means alot to me and my wife because we love this game. Keep up the good work guys ill be playing forever

Game lagging alot since the bf problem.. showcases taking ages to load despite good net speed + tons of force stops and many errors reported via game already..no reply yet ???? fix it pls ?

Give bad reviews and they respond here in an attempt to look like they care but send an email to support and it gets completely ingnored going on 3-4 weeks now Played this game for over 7 years, and the enjoyment of the game has dropped to an all time low. Pretty much unless your willing to spend thousands you may as well not bother with this game and if you had spent money on the game and then stop good luck getting anywhere with game support. This game is now pretty much dead with its player base all but gone and game developer's seem to be just trying to squeeze out every last dollar from the players remaining and if you dont have the dollar then good luck getting anywhere Neat how they respond here but ignore emails to support.

What a mess of events. No way at all to even keep up with everyone. Would like to make a new server with no events for the people that enjoyed the original game.

Hi been playing this game for years now but since yesterday the problems started..the legends button has stuck and can't get any of my rewards. And to make things even worse nobody has replied to my complaint

Server issues with not being able to log onto the game has been annoying and the devs dont even say when they will be fixed only answer we get is soon

Um... My dad has been playing for more than 10 years... He even used my phone to play the same game... He uses more than 3 devices to play the same game... What!!!! (IDK whether it's fun I only help with item cause he does not have 4 hands.)

Its a good game overall, however the mod "Mei" is massively obnoxious and rude and unfair, which to me is not how a moderator should behave themself. A moderator is there to be a helpful and watchful person. Not someone who instigates drama and generally is unpleasant to everyone except to those who bend over backwards for them.

Free nobility offers don't work and rips you off Don't do em!!!! Very buggy game on android and iOS. Now it takes forever to load the game and crashes when using the mage. Can't open event boxes. All I get is "unknown item reopen game" use to be a good game b4 Devs got greedy.

Played for years, is an acquired taste. No longer loads on a 6mo old Samsung tablet since update.
