The game design is pretty simple yet very powerful. You play on 9 tic-tac-toe fields which form a big tic-tac-toe. The official rules can be found on http://mathwithbaddrawings.com/2013/06/16/ultimate-tic-tac-toe/ where the only twist is, that within our version a small tic-tac-toe is considered as “full” if somebody won the tic-tac-toe.
This version of the game is a quick and rough version of a multiplayer (and Computer-Opponent) game. Please be patient while loading (give it maybe 15-20 seconds). It looks like nothing happens at the beginning; instead your opponent is eventually playing. We did not spend a lot of time for Design and Artwork, instead we were looking to have something stable and nice to play with…

Also try the other ultimate tic tac toe versions, we saw that some of them have a better design, but lack in the multiplayer ability or don’t have computer opponents…

It'll sometimes just kick you out of the game and the game resets. I can only make a propor review when it's fixed

Needs to know identity and location and then just closes when you run it? Odd.

Works OK, seems to respect the corrected rules of UTTT, seems to offer online play but I have no way of knowing that I'm not always just playing against the computer since I can't communicate with my opponent in any way. However, the fact that there's such a short time limit on every move makes it suck badly for me and I'm probably not going to be playing it again until this aspect is made at least configurable if not possible to turn off completely.
