Pickleball Scorer

Do you play Pickleball and want some help in keeping score?

Pickleball Scorer is a wearable app for keeping score in a Pickleball game. Makes sure somebody's remembering the score right!

You start the app by saying "ok Goggle" and, at the "speak now" prompt, simply say "start pickleball." Or you can simply touch the Pickleball icon (a yellow/red Pickleball paddle with the letter P).

The first question the app displays is "Who serves?" Just touch "You" (if you are serving first) or "Opponent" (if your opponent is serving first). The device will vibrate, and display the starting score and whose serving, either:

YOU 0 - 0 - 2

or

OPP 0 - 0 - 2

Once a rally is completed, just touch "You" or "Opponent" to indicate who won the rally. The device vibrates and displays the score. The score is displayed just as a server would declare it before each serve. The app handles the rest!

If you press the wrong button for who won the last rally, you can back out the last score and re-enter who won the last rally. Just hit the red curved back arrow.

The app also displays where the next serve is coming from (if you need this reminder) by positioning a small paddle and ball icon on the display of the Pickleball court.

At the end of the game, the app will momentarily display the winning score and side, and then it will ask for who serves the next game.

Games can be played to 7 ,9, 11, 15 or 21 points (in these cases you must win by 2). Rally scoring to 15 or 21 is also available. Above the score display (to the right) is a Pickleball paddle icon with the number 11 on it. Just touch this icon to change it to 7. Touch it repeatedly to change it to 9, 15, or 21. Touch it again to use rally scoring to 15 or 21. Touch it again to change it back to 11. This identifies the points needed to win.
