Varje år är det 1,1 % av alla som slutar årskurs 9 som inte har betyg i ett enda ämne. Det betyder att ca 1 200 unga faller huvudstupa på sitt första viktiga steg mot framtiden. För dessa unga är risken stor att det kan bli början på ett långvarigt utanförskap.
