It keeps saying that I need to check my Internet connection and I am connected to the internet. Please fix this cause I really love this game

I downloaded it it won't open I then un downloaded and redownloaded still will not work y won't you let me play :, (

I click the farm and says click on it can I get a response to your game love it on Facebook and the other day but it not working.

The game lags and freezes a lot !!!!!! I can't accept any of my gifts from people, I can cancel them but I cannot accept them!!! I can't make the animals run their races..... well my review has been up for almost a month now and no response with any way to help with any of my issues very sad!

Game never downloaded, play the game on my computer. It's a shame. Love it, wish I could play it on android.

Spent $10 to get a new pet. Right after the purchase the game will no longer open. It sits at the contracting server page at 0%. Ive tried everything.

I used to play PetStories all the time on Facebook on my PC. So when I found the app I thought yes finally! I have a Samsung Galaxy S6 and doesn't work at all. I just downloaded the game yesterday and upon opening it's saying that the download failed and to check my connection. I am connected to my own WiFi and when I switched to data the same thing happened. Please fix or I'm going to uninstall the app.

I used to(and still do) play this game on Yahoo. I got a notification that that would no longer be possible as of May. Hopeful that my data would transfer, I downloaded the app on my phone(Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini). It downloaded fine, and opens, but will not download the "assets". It tells me download failed, and to check my internet connection. My internet works fine, so I do not know what is going on. Possible application glitch? I hope this can be fixed soon.

I love this game so much I did something I never do........I spent $35.00... then it crashed took my money, food, and gems... it left me all my pets in the storage and took my habitats and buildings. Even the ones bought with gems... fix it for me please please

I use to love this game then there was some problem on games end. Now it won't load game. Trying to open game, says check Internet connection. I did and it's fine. Please fix your game.

Says downloading assets then says check your internet and try later. All my other apps work with internet. So I'm uninstalling.

I play on Facebook and if you download on Android we get new pet but once you've installed it, I get check internet connection when I know I don't have issue with my Internet. Happened on my phone and on tablet. Will uninstall until problem fixed.

It's not letting me do anything in the game, I click on a building and it only shows the name of the building

Ok so now the game works but tutorial for neighbors didnt appear and no friends show for adding nieghbors I know I have friends on my fb! Piece of crap and neighbors feature dont work why bother connecting to fb
