かわいい子猫と一緒に過ごす ぽかぽか温か癒し系コメディ！
『化け猫』　世に未練がある猫が霊的な力で人に化けて出た姿。ネコの妖怪。（世界探究社刊『東洋妖怪全集』より）
でも、化け猫って怖いものなのかな・・・
交通事故で両親を失い、孤独な毎日を過ごしていた少年がある日、子猫『ヌリ』を拾って育てることに！
しかし、その子猫は『化け猫』の様な不思議な力を持っていました。
さらに霊な存在の管理人である『ユラ』、そしてふしぎなきっかけで出会った『ソラ』との出会い。
紆余曲折の末、少年は二人の子供を育てることに・・・
その日から少年のドタバタ育児生活がスタートする。

ある日、『ヌリ』と『ソラ』そして『ユラ』が子猫の『クロ』を拾ってきて、ひと騒動に・・・
