イーストタワーはコメディ要素の多い、フルボイスの女性向けミステリー恋愛アドベンチャーゲームです。

○ストーリー
森田咲耶(名前変更可能)はずっと自分が男の子ならよかったのにと思っていた。
ある日、いとこの大樹のおかげで彼女はドリームワールドというバーチャル遊園地の新しい施設、「イーストタワー」を体験することになる。
願いが叶う仮想世界、ドリームワールドでは、彼女はずっと望んでいた男性の姿に変身することができた。
そして他の体験者もまた彼女と同じように姿を変えていた。
ところがそこで事件が起こる。咲耶と他の体験者たちは施設に閉じ込められてしまうのだ。

一体何が起こったというのだろうか? 彼女たちは無事に現実に戻れるのか?
何もかもが見掛けほどそう単純にできてはいなかった。
