The fun dice game Meyer - for your android phone.

Rules:
If you e.g. roll a 1 and a 4 then you have rolled a 41, it is always the highest number you can make of the 2 dice that counts.

The next player then has 2 options:

If he believes what the first player said he simply rolls the dice without looking what the previous player rolled. Then he has to roll the same or higher.

Or:

He can look what the other player rolled and if the other player told the truth, he loses otherwise if the other player bluffed he wins.

When you are rolling you have 2 chances:

After the first roll one is allowed to look at the dice.
The second roll one is not allowed to check and has to pass the cup simply saying “The same or more”

List of rolls from highest to lowest:

1 + 2: Meyer
1 + 3: Small-meyer
6 + 6: Pair 6.
Pair 5, 4, 3, 2 and 1 in that order.
6 + 5: 65.
64, 63 etc. down to 32 which is the lowest.
