NCIS: Hidden Crimes

Great game! Finally they fixed the problems I had. Interesting, involving and addictive. There are wait times; in between episodes, and for examining evidence, etc. That wait gets progressively longer as you advance in the game. I wish you could play straight through and watch the story advance like watching an episode. This is an awesome game though, especially if you like the show!

Enjoy the story but becomes just another hidden object game after a while if your not into the NCIS characters. I would leave out the NCIS side stories or change them to be more character-centered stories. Who brings Gibbs coffee he didn't like and similar side stories is a waste of time. I prefer something like when Palmer wanted to do lecture how the team helped him. (That was the only side story I liked)

After playing several chapters I've noticed how several items in the word search games are called different things. Example: in a bar scene a flask is a small pocket flask where as another scene a "flask" is a large thermos. And how many people actually know what a bromiliad is?! Although the graphics and story lines are great the time it takes to get to play the next chapter is way too long. 5 days?! Unless you can get FB buds, buy in game cash or have incredible patience. Most will probably get bored and delete the game. JS

The game is slow moving and cost too much to play, having wait days for the next game is boring. Need more energy rewards for players to play longer. But I love NCIS Series so I thought the game would be more fun. All in all not bad but you can do better. Why do make the players spend 120 coins just to talk. Rethink that part, please.

Fun game with great graphics, but continues to crash way too often. Update: this game had an update a few weeks ago. Worked great before the update. Now it's just clutter on my phone. It no longer loads. I contacted support, followed the steps - no fix. Uninstalled and reinstalled, still does not load. Used to be a great app. Now it is garbage. If it is fixed one day so it works again, I'll try it again.

I like the game, but when I acquire a field report and use it to take an hour off of my time till the next case it puts the hour back on when i come back to the game. That makes out very annoying, why go through the trouble of taking the hour off off it's just gonna put out back on. Please fix this feature and all will be great.

Would be a 5* review but takes a while to load. Gets annoying with the cost of talking is 100+ . Needs to be lower as playing the scenes does not give you a lot of coins and you have to use your energy to get coins. Would be better if this was increased and energy levels increased per level .

I would give it 5 stars if the sentences didn't keep getting cut off when talking to someone about the case(Gibbs, Dinozzo, etc). It cuts off mid sentence and I don't get the full conversation. If it were fixed I would give it a 5 star rating, bcuz I love NCIS and this game. Please fix this!!!

On a number of occasions I have used a file in order to reduce 24hrs off the time it takes to open the next episode and initially it worked. However after logging back into game later on the file seems to have not taken effect and the time returned to what it was initially before I used the file. After spending actual money to gain cash to pay for mtacs to acquire these files I felt the need to put forward this issue/bug for assistance? Thank you

Very fun game with awesome graphics and I truly enjoy playing it! It puts a different spin on hidden object games with the many different ways of finding the objects(shadows, mirrored names, etc.). There are also a bunch of different and sometimes difficult mini games to analyze evidence. There are only a couple things that I think could be improved. The first being that there aren't too many ways of earning cash aside from purchasing it with real money. The second is that I think the energy bar replenishes too slowly. Also, there are a lot of ads but that's alright with me if they're giving me free cash or energy for watching them! I give 4 stars but if these issues are addressed, I will change to 5!

I don't know if it's my phone or the app but FYI..it freezes during the game or watching ads and videos too. I must say, I do like this game. The challenges get harder. Please look into why the game freezes...Thx U

I like playing the game, but you have to wait for days to start a new case, also the price to investigate, arrest, ect..... Keeps going up. The game only give 65 powers. It will take you to long to get you 100 coins everytime. Deleted the game

I am uninstalling this. I could not get past the 2nd episode for 3 days it a said come back in 24 hours and play. I long on to play today and it starts me at the beginning. Half of the time it did not even start up and force quit more than a couple of times.

Very addictive game. Never watched the show personally but it's fun. Only draw back is that it freezes up sometime. Don't know if it's because a lot of people are playing it at once but it can be annoying sometimes

I love the game but lately all it does is freeze up. I hardly even play it anymore seriously thinking of uninstalling it. All my other games work fine. Is that the reward you get for advancing in the game. It takes to much memory or you have to delete scenes just to advance.

Terrible game. You can't zoom in so it's impossible to see a lot of items. There are tons of videos they make you watch. The challenges get way too hard and virtually impossible to pass. I say uninstall.

The missions don't work to speed up the series. I use up,the cash to get a mission and it goes away. Support does not help at all. This has been happening for the last month. Must be fixed. Don't use your own money for this game. Worthless

You have to wait to long for next scene. Not only that I been having problems with Matac. I use my Matac files and it did not speed it up by 24hrs. Please fix these issues

My first rating: I like the game OK I would like more ways to build up cash and coins to play. I never make purchases cause I play only for my entertainment!! Too many notifications bugs me!! Thx, Ginger Herbert

I would get further than what I am at the moment if I could earn free things from watching adds, but it always crashes on me and have to go back to my home screen then the game to play. I don't earn anything from them. I would have given it a 5 stars if this could get fixed.

This game is really good in general. The only thing letting it down is in between episodea ive earnt reports to reduce by 24 hours. Once i lewve the app and return my time has gone back up. It doesnt appear to save the time correctly making the wait inbetween episodes longer and less likely for me to return. Hope they fix this bug out

I really enjoy playing this game. However it does take time between episodes but I use it to build up my coins. Also you can use the yellow documents to speed it up however every time I use one so the time goes down and then go off the game the time gets added back on. My only issue which does need sorting please

Spent dollars to get better chance to win a report in mtac . then after spending a few missions I got one. Yay. Spent it to bring me under 24 hours till next episode. Showed option to spend the dollars to skip. Did a few more things got more coins and closed game. Came back and the day went back on the wait for next episodes. Missions and dollars still spent. Second time now this has happened. A bit frustrating since I love the game Please help fix

Would be 5 star.. but every so often when you finish a mission it crashes you have to close it down and open it again. Also you tap next and it takes you to the fb page. Only issues with the game everything else OK.

All and all a really good game. The only thing I dont like is the wait period on some of the episodes before you can play them. Fix that and I would say this would be a top hidden items game.

So...I was playing along about to make a purchase when I realized that none of the avatars looked like me. Out of 20 female avatars none of them looked like me in the slightest bit. I'm a dark skinned mother/wife with long curly black hair. So sad. So obviously intentional.

3 stars because you have to wait to long to go from part to part and it is starting to take to much money just to interrogate someone. Otherwise it is a wonderful game great graphics and wonderful prizes and options and puzzles!

I like the game,very fun to play. It helps you lose time when there is nothing for you do. The game could improve on the slowest when it loads up,that is the only problem I'm having with it.

You charge WAY too much energy to get all stars. Keep it at 10 to get all stars. I'm going back to Criminal Cases.

I love this game. The only thing I don't like about it is that it requires a lot of "energy" to advance up on each level but takes awhile to earn them. Otherwise it's a great game.

Entertaining, fun, nice storyline/plot. Have had some issues though in between episodes. On a few occasions, whether I used reports or not to speed the process, the research time for episodes would jump back and forth which has become frustrating from time to time. EX: 2 days left, I'd use a report, 24 hours left, exit game for a little while, come back and now there's 4 days left!? What the heck? Other than those types of technical problems, its a pretty well-rounded game.

Rubbish, constantly freezing, play one scene and it shuts down. Don't waste your time or money

Its a very addictive and relaxing game but it has a problem that is the coins for solving puzzles etc are increasing after every episode and that is not a good thing... please do something about this otherwise great game.

Challenging & entertaining, but it stalls way too much, especially & supiciousally after you do exceptionally well and it takes you back to a previous scene, sometimes more than one scene back. After this happens, even when you make the same choices, the rewards are not the same, it's always less (at one point I was over a million points and it I was sent back to 694,*** and even after playing 2hours I haven't reached a million again). This has happened more than 4 times in less than 8 hours and I'm ready to uninstall even though I think it's one of the best games I've played; but I hate cheaters, even if it was in my favor! DISAPPOINTED & DISGUSTED!!!!!

I play and win then things disappear I won to yellow books to speed up time used them then went back in to game and its back to full time for next episode. Same thing with special I will have so many coins or did so many levels I'll leave the game come back and the levels are lower than before and its constantly freezing

Every time I put in a mission report to speed up the process of waiting for the next case it just does nothing and acts like I never used one and I had to spend money to get cash in the game in order to get the report

Amazing and entertaining. I'm completely addicted. Not rehab addicted, but close. Love it. UPDATE: No longer loads since update. It's just using up space at this point. I have to uninstall.

Fun to play. Takes time to regenerate energy. Problems with freezing up and not loading. Caused loss of progress in game.

Was wondering if possible to be able to use the special reports to skip a challenge. Unfortunately i have been stuck on one for a few weeks now it seems. Thank you for your time.

recently earning mtac awards to speed up the waiting time between episodes seems to be broken. After using the reward it seemingly shortens the waiting time by one day. Exiting the game and restart the game, the waiting time bonus is lost. Another issue. Does each and every Ubisoft game need their own 20 MB memory, even when having exited the game? Other game publishers that I have a game don't have this behavior. Still enjoy playing the game. But the drain on the mobile resources could be done better. I mean in extreme situations, where battery lifetime is critical, do I need to uninstall/disable every Ubisoft game? Seriously?
