CSI: Hidden Crimes

BEST GAME EVER! After who knows how many years playing this game (not daily but almost), I've finally reached the top.. 61 gold badges, 61 platinum badges, 49 recruits fully trained, all CSI crew fully upgraded, 240 max energy, way too much leftovers (energy, coins, cash, keys, etc..) the only things I'm missing is completing the new features to have all the buildings fully upgraded and all special episodes since you've only published 60.... and in the end all I can say is.. PLEASE ADD A SEASON 3!!!!! I wish I could still play this game but having tapped it out all I want is a Season 3 :( I don't want to restart the whole thing to play what I've already played twice for each badge.

Love the game very well thought out. But upset because every time I get a star it disappears from my start bank and does not let me proceed with my case...i have lost 3 stars just this evening.

I loved this game until it stopped working and getting support was non existent. Apparently I am not connected to the internet portal, even tho I am connected to my home WiFi!! It's impossible to connect or query this with the game itself so I have literally given up on the game

I would have more fun with this game if I didn't CONSTANTLY have problems with it downloading in the special investigations area / card collecting it always says downloading and nothing happens so I have to uninstall and reinstall about every 3 days. If I didn't really like this game I'd delete it and be done with it! Very annoying also the game stops responding at least twice a day and don't try and tell me it's my devices I have notrouble at all with any other game!

Please fix the quests, I'm going into it and unlocking the new level then I use some of my cash to help me along. I then play the games, the next day I go into it and it's gone back to the beginning so my cash has been wasted. Not happy.

i like this game because there are more things to do than just find hidden objects for a high score. great game play and graphics are better than most plus you get to investigate along side the CSI team what could be better than that? Gil Grissom would be better.

It is very good and nice game. But i have one problem, i did finish my chapter 3, and i did finish all the golden star and also platinum star, BUT i did not receive platinium star and i cant play the next level. It just stuck like that , can you please tell me how can i fix that?

I've finally reached the top (Dec 2014- 5 Dec 2017) and please give me a reason why i should restart experience CSI story again? Just i want only new season challenges

The quest segment and crew, recruit, card and building segment are not working.. For the whole day, it say downloading new content but still freeze and 0%...really annoyed me... For the eps segment so far, i loved it so much.. Can u please fix it? Because the other two segments my fav too... Thankyou!

I just played for five minutes and I am out of energy. I got to play one scene. I am not going to pay these people for energy, the amounts you get and actual play time you get is just not reasonable. It's just not worth investing in. This could be the best investigative/hidden object game out but not like this.

Great game. .just a bit slow to get from one point to another waiting on energy. If the energy level were kicked up a bit and you could play whenever (wich is kind of the point) it would be much better. Other than this. .AWESOME FUN♡

It was a great game, but support seems to have ended for a while now. I completed episode 48 and many quests, but for the past week, I keep getting the message that I have to connect to the Internet to download the content. I am on the Internet since everything else works and I've cleared the cache. The one thing that kept me playing were the new quests, but now I keep getting that message and there's no one to ask for help. Very frustrating!! Time to look for a new game!

I love this game. The only thing I don't like about it, is that, once you finish the gold badge and play the platinum badge, you have to go through the whole story again, and you don't get to trade in your stars for cash. Change out back.

This is a GREAT Game!! Each case actually has a Great storyline and it makes you want to solve each case!! HOWEVER, I do wish my energy would last longer because it gets quite expensive!! That's the BIG downfall to this game and why I Uninstalled it after only getting to case 7 because I was spending WAY too much money on it!! LOWER YOUR IN APP PURCHASE FEE!!!!!!!!!

I loved this game so much, except that the daily "downloading new content" made me sick, I can't afford a fast internet 247. Where's the feedback icon?! It have to download new content whenever I enter online. Is this a joke?! How am I supposed to enjoy plating it this way?!

I was on level 67 and experienced freezing issues. I uninstalled then reinstalled and now I am on level 58. I also went back from case 21 to case 11. I don't want to have to go through everything again so please fix this and I'll continue playing. I have played this for years and love it but I will be forced to stop playing if you can't get me back to where I was. Ty

This is a terrible game. Glitches and short gameplay unless you want to purchase. You can do a whole lot better than this!

I love how each scene gets more challenging with each star. This game really wakes my brain up in the morning. I thoroughly dislike having to solve each mystery a second time in order to earn a platinum badge.

it was great until about a month ago. needs an update to fix that any extra stuff says you need to connect to intranet but you already are connected very disappointed

I think it's sad that the only way to completely save your progress is by logging in to Facebook. Some of us don't have that and therefore need to start all over again if and when they change the device they're using.

why does it download the case everytime I open the app? 1) I can't afford high speed (and high data) internet all the time, 2) the app crashes at least half of the week when trying to get into cases, 3) everything costs too much which means you basically can't play the game for free, 4) ad videos to earn free coins or energy are really rare. It is impossible for ad developers to not know Ubisoft a famous gaming company; therefore it should be a bug, but hey, who cares?! Gamers: There is the"Criminal Case" series alternatively. They are much fun and you can enjoy them for free. Ubisoft, if you want to keep us continue playing CSI, you should take a look and take care of the game you developed

This game is a lot of fun. The only thing I don't like is that in order to get stars you have to get a crazy ridiculous amount of points and have to use a lot of energy wjen you only get a small amount. It takes forever to complete a case. Other than that this is one of my favorite games

I am addicted to this game. Love it. But after recent update can't get to quests, collections nor recruit centers. Says downloading then nothing. VERY disappointed.

Really frustrated. I have played this game for 1 1/2 years and for the last month I get on and my dollar bills disappear. I thought i was going crazy. I should have around 130 from finishing platinum levels and rewards. I got on today and I now only have 4! I have asked for help through email and on facebook....no response.

Would love it better if the game didn't freeze so often. It's very frustrating when you are stopped in your stride. Love the extra cases and bonus games.

Eh with all the cc games out there this is really not a great game. As a alternative to that its ok but I really cant play long, all my neighbors have since gone to other games, items are tiny. I'm dumping it 2day. Compared to cc it is lacking in story, characters, and excitement.

Great game! It"s a pity the developers no longer support it. They could have at least stopped the game from downloading non-existent new content.

Love the game. Been playing for many months. Played everyday. Now all it tells me is that there is a connection error. I can't play anymore. Please fix this asap.

Love this game! One of the best hidden object games out there. I wish the NCIS hidden object game was like this one, would totally play both of them non-stop. But even so this game is my favorite game on my phone. And now it think you should do a CW Supernatural version of this which would be 10 times better then just this can but that my opinion. Keep up!

It sure doesn't feel like I am playing CSI, a detective game. How can you look for clues when seconds after identifying item to look for, the very item is shaking, jumping at you. It's very irritating! Suggestion: create a hint button so we can get a hint when we need it. Thank you.

Game is good play daily. How ever since last nite energy won't re fill unless game running on screen just starts again from the 4.30 min point when loaded. And no where obv in settings does I say contact us

This game was working well before now it's not working at all. I'm unable to open episode 17. It's just stuck on loading screen.

It is a good game but it's very annoying that u have to use energy to play. U go through energy very fast and it takes hours and hours for energy to refill and I refuse to pay for it. I'll probably uninstall because I'm tried of waiting

I've been playing this game for a few years now but with the last update I can no longer get quests or use the functions of the team members. It keeps telling me to connect to the internet. And then I have no option to report the problem

I have played several games ! I was pretty far into this game n my tablet put itself back to factory settings ! I lost everything I had done. I re-put it back n am starting over at level 1. I love this game because it doesn't cost you any money . Thank you for this wonderful game ! God Bless !!!

This game becomes very boring after a while. You make almost no progress even if you play for hours every day, and being forced to repeat levels to get platinum badges is very annoying.
