Gameplay
1849 is a city management game set during the California Gold Rush. Your task is to build towns, populate them with workers, and make sure that they are housed, fed, and entertained. You’ll have to manage and coordinate extensive production and trade networks to make sure your towns thrive.

When you get to the mother load you can't buy two silver and gold mines though you have to buy two to move to the next map otherwise I love the game.

It's a fun city builder. No IAP is a big plus. Just a full game with no waiting. Build cities and manage its people's needs and resources. Import what you can't produce. Simple and fun. Story mode offers increasing challanges. This will be perfect on flights.

I passed on this title a couple years back and now, I know I made a mistake. It's just what I was looking for - a good, non-click-for-your-coins resource management game. Sometimes it's good to just relax....
