I love this game it's like the best game I've ever played

Great game - my favorite way to decompress after the Day.

You won't stop can't stop playing it

Only problem is the app is slow to load

Once you get to higher levels many are almost impossible without purchasing coins. Without coins levels can take days.

Literally almost everyone in my family had this app it's really fun to play

What's the point in having a Customer support department if you ignore your customers? I haven't been able to load the game on my phone since July 29, after they did the last 2 updates. I have had my last 6 emails go unanswered at all in the last 2 weeks. I also contacted the team from their website and provided feedback everyone the game wouldn't load. ABSOLUTELY BRUTAL customer service.

Love this game. Very, very addicting. I am so stuck on a level though.. can't wait til i figure it out and can move on lol. Wish daily rewards would be better sometimes as well but other than that, I love this game!

I have to say Best game I've played in a long Times. I'm over 1000 + level Well I got up to Level 1144 or Something like that and this friggin game starts me back to the beginning, level 1 . Really Pissed me off.

I'm an addict! I need to go to rehab but I'm not ready or willing to give it up yet. It doesn't take but one time and you will be hooked like a starving catfish....if you don't try it you will never know how much fun it is.

I love that if you miss a day you don't have to start over with your spins and daily rewards. I also appreciate that levels do not get ridiculously hard to where you can't win. Also like that you win coins and power ups and don't have to purchase with your own money.

This game is great! The only problem is when you have to watch a video for a free booster, the screen goes black and the only thing you can do is close the app. Please help!

Horrible support program Moved my game to a new phone, lost all my boosters, lives, gold etc. Emailed support and they keep asking for different screenshots. I sent them all the screenshots they asked for, and now they stopped replying to me.

Love this game, better alternative to c crush. Only down side is controls aren't always accurate which can be frustrating

It is very cute and fun to play. I just wish there was a story line. Other than that, keep up the great work on this app!

I love this game but it keeps crashing and doesn't work for weeks, very annoying!

Out of the 6 games I have on my device Juice Jam is my favorite.. Support has recently helped me in resolving an issue.

If you get a new phone you will lose all of your coins. Doesn't matter if you are synced with Facebook. Customer service won't help
