Bakery Blitz: Cooking Game

Every now and then I will experience a glitch. Unable to load at times. Despite uninstalling and reinstalling it, game still unable to load. After reinstalling, I also lost my hard earned crystals.

Loved this game at first and I got pretty far. Now I can't play. It won't load or when it does it either crashes or kicked me out entirely. I don't understand why this is happening.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME! I've had to reinstall my game a few times. Every time I've done this I lose my crystals. They either disappear right away or a day or so after the reinstall. My progress, coins, etc. are fine. I lost over 100 crystals. Most of the time customer service gave them back to me but now all of a sudden they won't do anything. I just get the same copy and pasted responses and it's obvious they're not even reading my message. I explained that logging out of Facebook doesn't work but what do I get? The same exact response about how to log out of FB that I got another time. I explained once again that logging out doesn't do anything. Then I got something about if I transfer my account to a different device I lose everything. I explained that I'm using the same device and only lost my crystals a day after the reinstall and I got the same exact response AGAIN about if I transfer to another device I'll lose everything. Is there even a person answering?!? TL;DR The game is full of bugs, company won't fix them and steals your money. Not sure if "customer service" is an automated computer or just a lazy person.

Well Game and graphics is good. But too much glitches and I lost 10 energy power 2 times. The game is too good. So plz update the glitches

I love this game and have been playing for a while with no issue. I have just purchased the gems for £1.64 and been charged as I have the receipt from Google play. but gems not loaded. absolutely fuming!!!

I love the game but they are too many advertisement that disturbs the whole game and sometimes they give you money that you really don't have and when you go and try to spend it you have to refresh the whole game which disturbs your game besides the advertisement and a couple of niches here in there I love it

This game is very addicting, fun, & challenging. I like that its like a Cake Mania spin-off, but with a different twist. I don't like that its so hard to get 3 stars on levels (like impossible) and I don't like that there are no upgrades to improve customer patience =/ I also wish that upgrades were a little more affordable and the patience power up thing was more like a "power up" and not something you need to purchase. Overall, though, its a great game if you don't mind having to work hard for 3 stars

I changed my review from loving it to disliking it because it keeps glitching .It refuses to load and then when I exit the game and return,it takes all the lives .

I think this is a lovely game especially if you love baking although I would like to ask the creators of this game to update it so that it can be played without the internet. So please, please, pretty please update so we can play it without the internet

It's a nice game but it freezes alot and it kicks me out of the game. Can be very frustrating. May have bugs??? Idk but it needs to be fixed.

I really enjoy playing the game, it's quite challenging and getting a star in each level is so difficult, I have to play again and again when I could have been farther ahead. In eclair academy, the orders are not showing and makes it impossible to serve the customers...please fix. Thank you

The pay shop is bad!.I mean I should get a LOT more crystals for what I'm paying seeing as its not easy to get & everything needs lots of them just a big ripoff!I don't mind paying once for a game & maybe paying for a few new lv later but to make someone pay for every little thing is just greedy.The lv where u have to make certain numbers of a item or u can't lose pp r bad..pp seem to get mad WAY to fast on timed & set number pp lv..even with upgrades!I don't get y even with everything up graded I still can't get even 2 stars this is nuts something has to be wrong here.O well the Delicious Emily games still rock.

I just paid for more crystals and didn't receive them! Please sort this now! I'm not playing if ive spent over $10 and got nothing from it.

This dumb app charged my account over 50 dollars and i didnt even play or agree to it!! If i were you guys i would uninstal and check your settings because they will charge you without your permission and now my phone bill is almost 200 dollars.

I think that in your next update you should delete thse energy thing its just so reedeculious that we have to sait for 6 min just to get 1 energy its just nlt good or for 6 min instead of 1 energy just 10 energy so just make it worth our while please but so far I am loviiiiing this game♥♥♥♡♡♡but I am not loving the energy soo please do something with it and just delete that energy if you mut but I still am looooooooovvvvvvvvviiiiiiiiinnnnnnnnnggggggggg this game♡♥♡♥♡♥♡♥♡♥♡♥♡♥♡♥♡♥♡♥♡♥♡♥♡♥♡♥♡♥♡♥♡♥♡ and anway I am in the cherry glow forest I worked really hard for it but the frikin stupid idiot energy is thare so k cant retry if I faild

This game is so fun. I love it! But the berry drinks will not make on any level! I click them and it puts a check, but never makes it. Please fix this! Im loaing levels because of this and i love the game! Thanks!

Would like a refund for two purchases that never went through but the money was taken out of my checking account

Stops working right in the middle of my game. I hate that I'm loosing my energy without even finishing or playing a games!!

I was doing so good but im stuck on my level got more costomers only 1 thing to save keep forgetting to put the fillings in thought it was easy but its getting hard as hell lol Lol

Keeps cutting off and won't allow me to log on and play anymore. Not sure why.

I really liked the game until recently. I'm about to delete it because it is not saving my progress and there's other issues that won't allow me to buy anything.

This game is fun, but the price tag is not. It's rigged in such a way that to progress you'll have to use crystals, which are not earned, but bought. Which would be fine if that didn't cost 15$ in real money. The graphics are nice but that doesn't warrant the hefty price tag. After re downloading I'm reminded of why I deleted this in the first place. I hate the idea of paying serious money for a phone game

I've been playing the game for a few months now. I love the graphics and concept. Sometimes there were glitches or the app would crash but I still tolerated it. I was really disappointed with my last in-app purchase though. I got charged but I never received the crystals I bought. I emailed Support and they said it has been resolved but til now nothing's happened on my end. I emailed again but they didn't reply. It's been two weeks since.

The game is addicting, but there are some levels where it seems to go faster then you can make the food. Even after upgrading the machines as far as you can. Most of the time you don't have enough diamonds with out having to pay to get more diamonds. But I got a new phone, the Moto Z and the game won't open. Everytime I click on the game it comes up with an error. I tried to uninstall the game then install it again and that didn't work. I also restarted my phone and that didn't help either.

There's so many glitches. Everytime I return any gifts I have to close the game and reopen it because it keeps glitching. The customers are leaving all too quickly so now the earning of stars is more difficult.

Well, the game is fun and I love it. But each time I stop playing to do something else, the game won't let me back in. It just exits out once gets done loading. Then I have to undownload it and redownload it. Then I can play it again, but ALL my progress is lost. I'm back at the beginning! It's super annoying and irritating, and I'm starting to really HATE the game because of this glitch. I still want to play it but how can I if I can never progress after playing once!

Have to jump through too many hoops to get to fun levels or buy your way through them. And I've never had a friend accept the invites. Embarrassing and borderline harassment

It's too easy to "fat finger" controls, leading to errors in orders. Often, you won't get the orders to fulfill secondary goals for levels (orders with ingredients, etc). In addition, I recall being told that my progress was linked to my Google account and would still be there. Upon reinstallation, I've lost all my progress.

I have been a loyal player of this game for a long time. I hate to say this, but I am not happy with this game anymore. I purchased some coins and crystals. They took my money, but have not giving me the crystals or the coins. I looked up what to do and followed the instructions, it still didn't work. Contacted support and have not heard back from them yet. I love this game, but if it can't be resolved, then this rating stays and I'm Uninstalling!

I love this game just a couple of things I would change they are wish it was easier to earn crystals so you can upgrade your equipment like every star you earn you get one crystal and it takes soooo long to get your energy back to play again but apart from that it's addictive x
