No prizes...if u win u will never receive anything. After update the app doesnt even open. If u feel like wasting ur time to earn a prize that u will never really receive thats up to u but im deleting this app.

I won seven times in between March and April 2016. I contacted customer about my winnings and to this day I have never received any of the money I won. I never heard back from customer service when I sent them an email. If you just want to waste your time and not expect to get anything from this app then go for it. I'll give it more stars if I ever get my money that I'm owed, but I doubt it cause it's been over a year now and haven't gotten anything yet.

I liked to play everyday and i even won $100 (which i received within days thru paypal) but after the update the app wont even open! :( please fix!!

My dad was confirmed a winner Feb 1st 2017, of 1200.00 he recieved phone call verification. He had paperwork sent through email to collect winnings. Including, aw-9 tax form with complete information. Have emailed over last 3 months kizzang manger, customer service, and others. He still has not recieved payment, no response at all. What happened all my dad's information? Where's money?. Consideration, is to reply explain the situation. Any suggestions how my dad get his money?

SCAM!!! why does kizzang need a photo of my driver's license in order to email me my prize? Why am I a potential winner when in fact I AM a winner because I earned my prize through playing your games? All you need is a valid email and my name to email me my prize. Kizzang is a total waste of time. You might as well be giving them your social security numbers just to get a gift card. Bullshit scam site.

Won $50 sent photo of i.d and then get a email saying my prize has been forfeited due to some violation. Well all my info is correct and never got a call. Plus still havnt got the money from last year. I'm uninstalling.

I love slots and game. The biggest problem I have is that they only give you 48hrs to claim your prize. On another note why do I need to send my ID when I want to get a gift card and also need to answer a phone call. I spent my time earning all the chadder just to forfeit my. That does not make sense.

They still owe me a couple hundred from before the update.. that was won back in spring of 2016. Im assuming i will never see it.They don't answer emails. Cashed out an amazon gift card. Been playing since October and have had a few wins of $4.00. I then won $100.00 and since this win they have stopped paying. I won the $100 on January 8, 2016 and here it is February 25, 2016 and still no payout. I had a $4.00 win on January 7, 2016 and was paid on February 9, 2016. I won 2nd place on the slots. Sent a copy of my i.d but never received a phone call to confirm my information. I sent them numerous emails but heard nothing.

Won a prize of $125.00 then got a email saying it was forfeited..crazy

Finally got $200 of the $470. It took 9 months to recieve $200. Hopefully the rest shows up soon. Never showed I won another $100 and was asked to send ID and selfie well I did 15 hours before time up, but they told me that the my time had expired. Well if the emails are not checked in the time frame then everyone is going to expire.

Played one day worked. Tried to play the next say and it is froze. Won't work at all.

At first they paid but I won another $50 over 6 months ago and still havent received it. What happened Kizzang? To top it off since the latest updates I cant play. It says not available for my phone even though playstore says it's compatible. What's going on? I will give 5 stars again IF these problems get fixed and payment is received. I thought it was a scam boy was I wrong. I won $200 the day I downloaded this app. I high or recommend. Fast payout. I love u guys!!!!!!!

Won 75$, tried to contact customer service for help processing my claim but no response and my 48 hours is almost up. Very disappointing
