It's seriously getting on my nerves like it will open one time and then doesn't hundred times

Pls check that i had use 39cash and bought a prenium mixing bowl/ cooking bowl. Not given. But 39cash was deducted.

Dont get enough customers to serve 4 pies to in the given time i beat the same level 8+ times i need this fixed please on level 111.

I purchased kitchen cash worth rs 130, received a receipt for it however didn't receive the cash and now the order status is showing cancelled even though money has been deducted from my bank account. Please look into this matter either provide the kitchen cash or a refund.

Trying to recieve free cash so I do not need to but any, however, I finish the task required, but I do not receive the cash that I am supposed to get. Coming close to deleting the game from my phone

I played this game all of the time but then it got to the point where it stopped working. The lag is just too much. It costs too much to get to the next levels. It's nothing like it used to be. My mixing bowl has disappeared and I can't play anymore because I feel like I'm getting duped. It's not fair but I'm expected to spend so much money just to get to the next level. You want my money but you won't fix the game

You better fix the mixing bowl fast or you're gonna lose a lot of players. About the price of things and cornering people into paying - greed will only cost you more in the long run. Those cut-and-paste, exactly the same responses you're posting on everyone's reviews look lazy and like you don't care.

Do not allow yourself to get hooked on this game. It starts out equally fun and challenging. Then, 6 months later after wasting countless hours playing this game, you realize they have you cornered into having to pay-to-play. There are so many inconsistencies between levels, some are downright impossible to pass without using bonuses. Complete bogus.

I played this game many years ago and wanted to get back into it. Now its very slow loading, too many ads. This game is nothing like it use to be. Please fix it

Best game ever! The only thing I hate is the stupid token gate WHY does it take alot of tokens to get through I have to complete quest which take FOREVER to complete but on the other hand great game

I absolutely love the game. I find it very entertaining, and it's a great time-killer. But the only thing I hate about this game is that it takes literally FOREVER to load. The loading takes up a lot more time than the actual game. Please fix. Thanks x

Where is my mixing bowl?!??!?!? I had the stupid santa clause one then after the Christmas levels expired it took it away I didnt want the useless santa claus bowl but now it wont even give me back my regular one so I cant play any levels without my bowl!!!!!! And I cant but one which I shouldnt have to, and the prices for the premium stuff in the store is ridiculous!!! Way to high!!!! ????????

I've been playing this game for years & had been constantly spending for upgrades in the market. But lately it's really frustrating that i seem to lose all these upgrades & there is no way i can retrieve it. Recently i've obtained the santa bowl & it auto replaced the golden bowl. Now that xmas period is over i've lost both bowls. There should be a place created that we could actually retrieve all our upgraded items & there had been a couple of incidents that i purchased cash but it does not reflect in my game that i had to repurchase it again. I used to love this game but now i just feel that it is just out to make us players pay so much to keep the game going.

I like the game but you can tell certain levels are rigged and now it keeps telling me to purchase an item but when I go there the item isn't there, it freezes and it takes forever for lives to build up. Not 5 Star

If you like playing this game but find it as FRUSTRATING as I do, play RisingSuperChef instead! It's the exact same gameplay that runs so smoothly, doesn't glitch, has over 450 levels, and doesn't hurt your wallet like this game does!

Y'all need to. Work to work on your timer in the game because it's too slow & U can't up grade. Other that the game is good. But im disappointed ???? cause I have to uninstall it.

This used to be a fun and addictive game, which has been horribly spoilt by making the levels impossible to pass without spending money! Plus, we used to be rewarded for watching "short" ads, now EVERY SINGLE TIME I log in I am forced to watch an advert for 168 seconds without reward!! Utterly ridiculous, and taking the mickey! Stop it right now before you lose loyal gamers!!!

Fun game but crashes constantly and after I make a purchase its sucks to have uninstall and install again all progress and all the things I have earned I lose not cool. Playing this game once again and its still crashing every time I load it. It sucks because I really like it but its getting frustrating having to keep restarting my phone

This game is my absolute FAVORITE game but the couple of crashes I get per session is killing me. PLEASE fix this game. It's too fun for the unnecessary interruptions.

I love this game. It was always my go to. But seriously with all the ads now? And it slows my phone way down and kills my battery almost instantly. The last update was awful!!!!!!!!!

Played the new year level and once that ended, my mixing bowl disappeared. Nothing I do is bringing it back. Please fix !!

I just got the new christmast mixing bowl..but suddenly it disapear and now i dont even have ANY mixing bowl, whereas there's many recipe that require mixing bowl in that level so i cant even cook some of the food ordered. It just so frustating, i keep restarting the game but the mixing bowl keep missing. Please fix it

I really enoy this game. My only issue i am having is that the jingville update isnt working for me. Also my messages and gift screen won't load sometimes

Game used.to be great. But now nothing works and random adverts all the time the owners have got greedy they don't care about players just money.

I too have lost my mixing bowl after the Christmas levels went away and I can't play any levels that need it. When will this be fixed?

I've been playing this game since 2012 before Rock U took over. I was so addicted to this game until Rock U brought it. I could play it on line and Facebook. I had two different games going. I spent a good amount of money on this game with no problem. However I thought it was worth it until Rock U took over. Everything changed and the game play became crappy. However I loved the game so much I stuck in there. But there became Impossible levels (I've been on level 893 since 2016 and it is now 121817 . The levels use to be hard but not impossible to pass), lagging ,glitching, etc. Rock U you have ruined an awesome game. And I loved the game so much I still have it installed on all devices and check in here and there to see if it has improved(but it hasn't) so I can become an avid Player again. I thought you guys at rock you would realize at some point your mistakes. But you haven't. So now I'm giving up on the game altogether. Your messing up. Don't be greedy. This game use to help me relax and have fun. I just hope you make the game enjoyable again.

Got a christmas mixing bowl that dissapeared!! I don't have a bowl at all anymore and can't make some of the meals. Very frustrating.

I really like this game, but I found a glitch when you removed the Santa bowl, it did not replace the old one.

Well I would give it 5 stars if you fix the problem I have installed it 5 times and it loads only half way and I can't play it it's gotta be on y'alls side cause I can play all my other games please fix it thank you

Theres way too many ads in this game and it doesnt evwn give you the option to watch it or not.. You have to watch it and its getting quite hectic on my data usage

Like the game but certain levels are obviously staged to be impossible to get you to spend money to "skip" or buy boosts that cost a ridiculous amount of money.

Wish it could just show me how to make the recipe on a galaxy note 8
