It keeps freezing up after the second question. Great idea for an app just wish it would not freeze

Great testing but when you want to move on to next out of can of corn level..it costs $$ so that's the problem with game.

I like it but it constantly freezes. And I bought the additions for my nook and can't get them on my samsung smart phone.

The game freezes now after one question. Horrible. Spent $$ on getting questions...screwed.

I like it but you have to pay for different modes

I download it on my note 3 then when I went to get it for the note 4 it would be stuck on loading screen and won't go any farther

Great way for umpires to stay sharp and either learn the rules or to refresh their knowledge. I would like to see added a Rules reference to the answer.

A good way to pass some time and refresh yourself on the rules of the game. It gets a little pricey if you buy all the question categories. The questions tend to repeat before running through the entire list. Often the game generates the same question within the same quiz and often back-to-back. Overall an entertaining app. Fix the randomizer and bundle the categories 2 for .99 cents and it would get 5 stars from me.

Great time killer. Keeps the mind sharp. Also reminds me to keep my nose in the rule book.

with only 5 questions. Good questions but description should be up front that there's no free content before I download. 99¢ for expansion packs of *unknown* size. No.

As a baseball fan, I really enjoyed this app. It appears that umpire maestro Jim Evans is the source of the content, so you know it's quality information. I loved picking the different categories and they are cheap at 99 cents each. It's certainly worth a look and playing frequently.

This app is out of this world! A must have for any coach, player or fan.

Time spent playing this app makes studying the rules much more effective.

Fun to brush up on the game. Some answers contradict themselves but still fun.

Today's update broke this on my Droid X. Starts to load, then quits. And the music is still annoying.

But I can't see paying 99 cents for each category.

The app gives good info including the actual rule citation.

i wasnt a very good volunteer little league umpire so i have no right to scream at blue during mlb games given my past shoddy calls. brushing up on my knowledge will make me feel better about yelling at blue when i watch future games. there seems to be a good amount of questions though you must purchase several categories in order to do more than play a demo version that is comprised of a small collection of questions. 4 bucks gets you all the categories. buggy in app purchase gets it 4 stars
