Because 1. Waiting to do the puzzles not fun 2. Sometimes clicking on the object I need and it will not register. .which in turn might freeze the screen.if it wasnt energy based would give a 5 3. And most important having to beg 4 sungems to expand not my idea of fun.take that out u would get a 4

I'm very upset because I downloaded this game several times and was so excited to play but every time it opened, it would talk for a minute and then it would freeze up and I would get a black screen... I was looking foward to playing and this sucks!!!! Could someone please fix this asap? I gave 1 star because I had to so that I could leave a comment but if you can fix this so that I can play , then I will give a better rating . . Thank you
