delete them but there are not any to delete...i have uninstalled and reinstalled probably 6 times now on both apps...fix the bugs i will rerate at that time

I like the game and all but just that I got logged out of the game and now I need to activate it, and says that it sends a email. It's the correct email but it does not send. I have tried multiple times and gets frustrated because all the people I used to play that I want to play with more, my tournaments have probably ended. Just really frustrating.

It is so much fun you meet people when you play choose what type of music you want for example 80&90s music or popular music so you people that don't have this app really should because it is so much fun to play. The thing is that song pop 2will not stop coming up.☺????????????????????????????

I keep getting a "download error" message whenever I click on play and the loading icon appears. It was working great from the time I installed till now that is(a few hours later). Please sort this out and I will gladly award you the two extra stars. By the way I deleted and reinstalled the game, but I am still getting the error message.

Pain in the arse! Stalls, music plays but no Board , won't open etc...I have had to uninstall at least 3 times. Even with doing that, the app refuses to open on asus zen pad and does not work properly on Samsung phone. Bye bye song pop!

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS GAME! 4 YEARS AGO I HAD A WHOLE LOT OF TRAUMA HAPPEN TO MY BRAIN BECAUSE I HAD A MASSIVE STROKE, 3 BRAIN ANUEROYSMS ALL AT THE SAME TIME WHICH LED TO 3 BRAIN SURGERIES. MY MEMORY WAS AFFECTED FOR A LONG TIME, BUT.THIS GAME SONG POP HAS GREATLY HELPED MY MEMORY GET TREMENDOUSLY BETTER! I LOVE IT!!

App no load period. Started having downloaf errors, now just won't open. Had a good cache of powerups, songlists & longtime opponents. Now it's songpoop

The only game I've actually purchased but it's still great if you don't. This update killed my songpop... i had to clear the songpop cliche in my phone & force stop to restore my game. Thank you to the game administration for helping me. My subscription is back to normal!

Great game when it works right. Sent countless emails and no response. Game freezes and crashes all the time. Song before you comment below and say how sorry you are please save it and fix the game instead of making yourself look good to the new people downloading this!!

This app went downhill when they blended the songs together during your turn. If this issue gets fixed, I would love it and play more.

I usually love song pop but I just installed it again on new phone gs7 & it keeps saying server isn't trusted. Some weird glitch I've never experienced before. I'd rate this 5 stars otherwise

game worked fine before but now whenever i play, the song continues to play even after i tap it and overlaps with the next song guess and its really annoying! plz FIX!

If song pop2 is the one that we should play. Best to deactivate this app. I downloaded it. But it keeps asking for a permission session saying till 4 july 2017

I love love this game. It's too bad I have to keep uninstalling every few weeks due to sound malfunction. This has been happening since I first started playing a couple years ago so it's not my phone. Also if I wanted Song Pop 2 I would have it by now do I need it every time I log on and sitting in my challenge list?? I just can't not play though :(

Retired! I love playing and have made lots of friends via the chat!!! Lots of banter going on! Thanks for fixing the bug as it WAS bugging me. Love to see this as a TV game show....I be been playing for over 2years, love it, built up a great playlist, coins, power ups n chats. I can't LOAD it, please please help!!!!

Warning against purchasing the paid app. I purchased Movie Pop and shortly afterwards shut down the app. Now for the PAID I receive an advertisement to purchase Song Pop 2. Horrible company not interested in retaining customers. I would expect from a customer service friendly company some type of credit, license transfer or better yet a refund.

Ok, we GET IT..you're trying to get people to play Song Pop 2. ENOUGH WITH THAT STUPID CLICK BAIT AD EVERY TIME I OPEN THIS APP! I don't want to play it. You are obviously trying to get people to accidently click the button. I'm tired of waiting for "Maybe later" to appear in tiny font underneath the ad EVERY TIME! It's been months now, it's time to stop trying to FORCE your customers into a game they don't want! BTW - the old graphics for the playlists were much better!

But why won't it work with my LG G Stylo? I haven't been able to play it for the past 3 months now I open the app and it just sits at the title screen and doesn't load the actual game can you update it or something so I can play again thank you

I find the scoring can be erratic and unfair. No one else seems to mind. I won't start any more games because of it. Used to be buggy but haven't had an issue in some time.

Songs are now overlapping while playing and you can't hear the one you need to be trying to click on to get it right. Needs to be fixed. I have played this game for years and never had this issue. Have also uninstalled and reinstalled the game. Still happens. Will give it 5 stars when its fixed. And yes please do away with Song Pop 2 ad. Very irritating

It only plays the first song and then the next 4 are silent so I just randomly guess and I'm losing all my games. This was one of my favorite games but it has become unplayable. Please fix. Samsung Galaxy edge is my phone

Was amazing until about 2 days ago when it kept glitching. When I click on the song in the game, its supposed to stop the song and go to the next one. Well now, the song keeps playing over the next one until the track runs out. Fix it and I'll give 5 stars

I can barely play two challenges until it freezes and I have no other option than to shut the app down and reopen it... Please fix this problem.

Now it's full of ads trying to force you to use song pop 2. I sometimes have a hard time getting a 4g signal on my phone. I use song pop 1 when I can only get a 3g signal. Song pop 2 takes forever to load on 3g. Now song pop 1 keeps saying it had an error loading the songs. Fix it please!

Love this game! Please get rid of the annoying Songpop 2 icon. Also, if you make SP2 where I can sign in WITHOUT my FB I MIGHT download it. Really?! I know this is a free app & there has to be ads, but I am getti g tired of the Pandora commercial between EVERY round....for the love

They're usually on top of fixing issues. Not being able to hear the music was a big issue, but now i can actually play. Also when fixed, can you add Shania Twain, Leona Lewis, and Disney? Thanks. Update: Can't hear songs again. Please fix this. Also like others are saying, it does freeze a lot.

Get rid of the song pop 2 ad and those awful Google suite ads. I don't buy a VIP any more because of songs that stop playing, but damn.

Since songpop2 wasn't letting me update my profile I thought I would do it on songpop 1. But no, just like with everything else it tells me it is better to do it on songpop2. Yea, it probably would be better if it would let me do it. Just let the apps function separately.

I've loved this game for awhile and wish more of my friends played still. I do still enjoy the random challengers I'll get or find. Tons of music and I love the artist Playlist options for my favorite artists. Only complaint would be that I DON'T NEED TO SEE THE AD FOR SONG POP 2 EVERY TIME I switch screens or load the game up. Like I know it exists, I haven't installed it yet and I may sometime but seriously, the fact that it always shows up gets a little annoying

The game is continuously crashing all the time! It is a really fun game when it works, but lately I spend more time loading it back up than playing.

After u download it the first day it runs fine but the next day it took a long time for it to open up. See I downloaded it yesterday and it ran well but today I was experiencing trouble with the game.

I've been playing this game for about 4-5 years now, and I still play it almost daily. There seems to be an endless amount of playlists with any category you can imagine. There are incentives to winning like being able to "buy" playlists and powerups. A must have for any music lover!

Why have you stopped the free playlists on Wednesdays? Its not right that you are all for song pop 2 and making song pop 1 rubbish! Please bring them back...

I've increased it to 4 stars as the freezing issue, while not eliminated, happens much less frequently now. Silence issue gone! They finally have it close to as good as it was 2 years ago...Update 5/6/16 Game still freezes more than it should and they need to fix the bug where you can get a 0 second guess for 3600 points if you let the song play out and then get it right. I'll leave it at 4 stars until the issues are corrected.

I love the game, but after updating my phone I had to reinstall and now I can't get an email to reset my password. Would give 5 stars if I could just play again without losing all the genres I opened up.

So I downloaded the game And had fun playing on it. But when I stopped to put my phone to charge afterward the app would open but after minutes of waiting nothing would happen....

I really like this game, and I don't play many. But every time I try to play the game freezes up on me. I'm lucky if I get one game in. This needs to be fixed.
