Can't redeem free gems from free offer, what's the point of offering it if you are not going to be able to honor the rewards? Waste of space. Uninstalled. Then reinstalled and contacted the 'tapjoy' sponsors, now awaiting results. I do like this game, is why I'm willing to give it another shot

I love Vegas world, don't get me wrong,but the app hasn't updated and it's become an issue. There are so many new things and on the app it's still the same. It calls new outfits and charms invalid and it needs to be fixed. Thank you.

I love this new app! For us long time players it's a perfect mirror image site so you don't have to learn two interfaces. My only complaints are... 1. The price difference between app and website purchases. Gems are extremely pricey as is, but tolerable.... way too overpriced via app. Don't get greedy guys. Also, incorporating winning gems within games, like gem jackpots. Make us want to buy them. Giving away more free gems will increase sales. 2. Spin button on slots is way too close to the charms. I'm constantly hitting the wrong button and throwing off my game when a new window pops up. 3. You're pumping way too much Christian music. It's 2017, and Christian music and Vegas is extremely hypocritical, and a huge turn off in rooms (where I spend majority of my gems purchased) I'm and Elite Agnostic Memeber and find it blatantly rude.
