Picross Puzzle Koi Fish

I usually don't rate apps but I had to with this one. I've played a lot of nonogram apps but have found this one to be one of the best ones out there. It has very nice, soothing and calming music to it. I really like that you can get several difficulties. The color of them, rather then the puzzles just being black and white, really adds to it. It's also nice that they put the number 11 for example, in yellow, so that you can differentiate between it and two ones, side by side. I love this app!!!

Such a good game with a huge number of puzzles. Solving boards grows home screen fish and eventually adds more fish to the pond. The 15 and 20 length grids can be tricky if you're trying to touch select squares so a zoom feature would be nice, but there are other ways around it. Would recommend to any puzzle lover!

I would only suggest a zoom in function. The little cursor you have is useful but time consuming as you can only select one square at a time. Some squares, especially in the 20×20 are very small and I tend to select the wrong squares at times because of this. Other wise, great game. I play every day and it helps me feel tired enough to sleep on stressful nights.

Is there something wrong? After a while I'd finish a puzzle and nothing would happen. It would just sit there on the grid. I'd have to press my back softkey to bring up the save/list/reset menu, and exit the puzzle completely to move on to the next one.

Last update ruined everything. I cannot open saved puzzles and the others end up having x marks right at the beginning where they shouldn't be, and there's no freaking way to get rid of them

bad English translation... gets confusing when numbers dim in line not yet completely solved making them hard to see. uninstalling app because can get another one like it and easier to play

Not bad until you get up to the 20x20 grids, then even a big screen phablet struggles. Most of the puzzles are quite good, although some require guesses. Some puzzles have blue squares on a blue background which is bad. An option to auto mark full rows (like empty rows are marked with X for you) would make for less tedium on some puzzles.

Poor translation means the controls are not at all intuitive. I really like these puzzles in general so it's not a question of knowing how to do the puzzle, it's how this particular game does it. Uninstalled in frustration after being unable to find a way to unmark a box in the first puzzle I tried.

So many ads. New update asks after every little puzzle if you want to rate it. Here's hoping it stops being supremely annoying. The dumb ads every few puzzles is enough annoyance thanks. Some sound controls would be good

There are no zoom in controls. It's very easy to make a mistake because of this. Also, sometimes when I press a square that is too close to the side of the screen, it is counted as a mistake because the field of vision beyond the board is registered as a mistake. All the numbers don't always show up.

It started asking me to rate after every single puzzle I solved so here are five stars! I don't get how to get the fish in the pond a family though. It says something like that in the intructions

This is a great game, really makes you think, but on thing that needs fixed is if you are placing squares on the far right, it will go one row over off screen and the take away your lives faster. So fixing that or changing the lives would help.

I like there's different settings like auto fill xs when all the numbers have been satisfied. I really hate that it asks me to rate the app every time I finish a peice of a puzzle

I love picross games, but yours has something I don't like. When I play other games, I like to guess what the picture will be as I solve it. Your game tells me before I start. Take away the titles and I will give you 5 stars.

Nice time killer with no bugs, simple with many puzzles. Sadly it has too many ads, some being super loud, disturbing videos. 20% of the puzzles do NOT have only one clear solution, but many possibilities. Yet only one solution counts for progress. Means you have to just try around a lot an chance it. Sadly that ruins the purpose of the game.

Too many puzzles have unrecognized solutions. You can place pixels in a way that satisfies the puzzle perfectly, but the level won't end because it wanted 2 pixels or more in a different valid location. Pretty annoying.

Fun game. Challenging on the larger puzzles, but not too bad. Some puzzles are a bit hard to do because they use blue boxes on a blue background, so sometimes hard to see what has been filled in and what hasn't.

The game would be fine if your newest update wasn't annoying as hell. Your 'rate us' pop up after every solved puzzle is more likely to end with your game uninstalled from my phone.

One of the best versions of picross I've ever played. It has a small mode and a large mood. Small has its own picture, like a jelly fish. The large has one portion of a big picture, like a stinger of a jelly fish. There are different options, like if you put a square in the wrong spot, it will give you an X and take away a life (out of 5), or it will just let you mess up and figure out your problem while you continue playing. This game is just really great and I recommend it if you like puzzle games.

I like the amount of puzzles. Really good time killer. All things are great except for things like capitalization and grammar when and where it's needed. It makes it look unprofessional that way. If you fix that you could really make a great game.

Very nice version - worth paying for - except the graphics are quite poor on some levels, especially the big levels. It would also be a lot better if the chosen tile type was reflected in the final picture. Please implement that. Also, there are several spelling errors throughout. And considering how many coins you can get, they're basically useless after a certain point I have 3500 and have unlocked all there is to unlock.

Saved pictures don't open or open overlapped with another picture grids, fresh grids have x-s marked where there should be none (like in a row of 20), lines separating 5x5 squares are gone.

Out of all the nonogram games, this is definitely one of the best. While it lacks a color mode, there are plenty of puzzles to choose from, and while some of them are extremely easy, there are also plenty of challenging ones.

Enjoying the game. There is no time limit to compete against, so is very relaxing. My son likes that he can feed the koi fish at the title screen .

Really like this game I love logic puzzles and really like that some pics are in more then just one or two colours. But I do fine that there catena number of pics that are very hard to see because the colour of them is almost the same as the blue background so to many mistakes can be made. Also the larger pics can take so long to get through because its far to easy to accidentally tap the wrong square as they become smaller and smaller, it becomes infuriating losing lives because you have to be unbelievable careful the puzzle is no longer fun.

Good game. Gets you thinking. But was an ad popping up every time you solved a puzzle not enough that you had to put ads on the bottom of the screen and distract me from the game?

It's a nice picross. However I dislike the fact that many of the pictures are only understandable with colors added. And there are to many that require guess work or hints to solve.

Im not collecting coins anymore. When i finish a puzzle it doesn't automatically go to the menu. And i dont see the fish anymore.

The small grid puzzles are really fun and they ramp up in difficulty really smoothly. The big grid puzzles though are kinda boring.

I actually like this app with one exception - the dark background. There's no way to change the background color and it can be very difficult to see where you have placed marks. Using app on a Samsung Galaxy S7.

This is the second picross game I have played, the first being picross two color. I like the controls and graphics. My only complaint is that on some of the large puzzles the squares are the same color as the background making it hard to tell if I have a color or a blank in some spaces.

I really like this game, it's relaxing and one of the better picross games I've come across, but if I'm honest I'm only writing this review because the game now prompts me to after every puzzle and it's getting annoying.

Would be nice to be able to zoom in on the grid for easier play. On the large grids I constantly hit the wrong box.

When I say I do not want to give feedback it means STOP ASKING AFTER EVERY SECTION IF I WANT TO GIVE FEEDBACK.

Perfect game-possible to use hints or do it all yourself, great having small and large pictures. I also really like the addition of the koi who grow so you gradually get more the more you play

It's too much of a pain dealing with all the x's.

It never explained how to do anything and im so confused. What is the point of this? Like do you draw a picture or something?

Liked the music and graphics. Didn't like the life and coin system or the error notification.

You get a low score for bugging me about rating after every damn piece completed!

The calming music makes it perfect for me to unwind to before I fall asleep. And the added bonus of feeding fish and watching them grow is cute too.
