A unique game.the games we usually play are graphics loaded and are simple to play. but this game is full of challenges. This game definitely deserves much more downloads.I havent finished this game yet.i would surely recommend this to my friends. And as for the controls i presumed the developer did it to make the game more challenging. controls are definetly not that bad.I wouldnt like it if the developer makes the controls easy.The way it is now makes the game more challenging. after 2 or 3 mins you get an idea of the controls. Awesome

This is just an interesting game. I play a game like this and go back to when games were about plot and thought rather than making money and flashy colors. It's worth a play. My only complaint is the poor touch controls, but I think it was originally a desktop game so I can't complain too much. If you like classic action adventure with a unique challenge around every turn, give this game a go.

I almost never give reviews but i really felt like this game deserved one. The art style is great (sometimes less is more), the controls are basic enough to easily learn (although sometimes not as quick to respond as i like), and the story is there enough to hive you an idea of whats going on but vague enough to leave you guessing what it fully means. This game would be excellent for a short lets play.

The story and aesthetic seem good, and I began to like the game a lot when I noticed the theme of "don't fight, just run", but the difficulty of pressing the left arrow renders the very first boss unbeatable. I expect more of a Terry C game :( Edit: another commenter pointed out that you can use the button by touching the screen to its left, a semi-viable solution for which I re-instate one star. I have now completed the game. 3/5

A game ABSOLUTELY DESTROYED by some of the WORST CONTROLS in video game history... And this is no exaggeration folks. The controls are that piss poor. I am shocked the developer has not even TRIED to fix these controls. It makes this game basically impossible to play. -5 stars if I could. No one should download this game

The game has awful comtrols. Not only are the actual buttons ridiculously small, they're also incredibly unresponsive. Most of your deaths will be due to you missing the absurdly tiny buttons, or on the off chance that you are able to hit it, the game might just decide, that you didn't do it well enough, and you'll die. And none of this is alleviated by the level design, which feels like the devs just haphazardly tossed enemies onto each screen.

Not being able to move after jumping makes the game very frustrating, particularly with touch controls. There also appears to be a bug that stops your forward motion if near a jumping fire ball.

The controls are horrendous. Literally unplayable. The "hit box" of the buttons are never in the same place, and are sometimes completely unresponsive. You have to quickly maneuver around enemies and since the buttons don't work it just becomes and endless cycle of you spawning and dying. Terrible. If the controls worked, this game would likely be 4-5 stars.

Not even worth the effort. The controls are way too broken and unresponsive, and there's no explanation for what tf is going on. 0/10 don't waste your time on this piece of crap

The controls are a bit finicky, and the buttons are kinda small, which can make the physical actions of playing the game tedious and frustrating. When I die, half the time it isn't my fault at all, but rather the buttons failed to work. If that could be fixed/polished better, I think the game could be enjoyable. I do believe there's a computer version, perhaps I'll give that a try instead!

The game itself is great, I love the pixelated style and gameplay. The BGM was great too! The buttons may be small, but after a while, you'll get the hang of it! 10/10 would recommend to other people

Controls barely worked, I'd hold down the buttons to move and they would only work half the time, which made the game near impossible. Would not recommend

...its that the position where the buttons appear to be on your screen do not match up with where you need to touch the screen. Its off by just a little bit, at least on my phone, LG Vista, but its off by enough that its difficult to get used to because its very counterintuitive to touch the screen in a spot where the button does not appear to be. So, it is not bad controls. Some phone's screens just dont match up. I finished it, the ending was MINDBLOWING!! I was like What? NO WAY MAN!!

This game has more to it than the average app game. The controls are small and hard to hit at times, but other than that this game has a lot of soul. It has simplistic graphics, a subtle, but present story, and immersive music. The enemies grow progressively more challenging, but never too difficult to invoke a rage quit. If you have some spare time on your hands, give this game a try, I believe you'll find it well worth your time.

For those who want to play games but don't like these clicker mobile games, this is one of the best mobile story game that I have played

The controls are often unresponsive at critical times, which can be incredibly frustrating. The buttons should be bigger and easier to touch, and then there wouldn't really be an issue.

But would give it 5 stars if you fix the controls which are too small to use. Make the hit area for the controls larger. Otherwise, I really like the difficulty and the minimalism.

Really lovely game, played from start to finish in one sitting, but I have to agree with the rest about the controls. Make the hitboxes for the buttons at least double the size they're currently at, and you'd solve most of the problems.

This game is an exercise in futility and frustration. Not because of a difficulty curve or any such thing; it is due to the absolutely horrendous, unresponsive, tiny buttons for movement. I consider myself fairly adept at sidescrollers/platformers, and I can safely say that more than 90% of my deaths were the fault of the awful controls. Character stops midjump, won't go the direction I'm pressing when there's an enemy right there, the list goes on. I like the concept and simple pixelated art style, but...

This game is fantastic! Its the perfect mix of challenge fun and mystery. The end is amazing I love this twist. Thank you terry keep it up! The only bad thing are the controls which need a tiny bit of touching up.

The game WOULD be good... IF THE CONTROLS WORKED. Everytime I try to shoot after I move it never works, you have to stop, stand still, then shoot. Please improve

Absolutely terrible controls make this game almost unplayable. Thankfully it's quite short so if you want to complete it you don't have to endure it for that long.

Finally finished it. Not too hard, only issue i had were the controls/buttons which were buggy and anoying.

Great short platformer game. Only problem is that the control buttons are so tiny that it conflicts with the gameplay, making everything harder.

It doesn't save whenever we exit the app and the second boss which he spawns in things I like that he is hard to beat but he is too hard to beat and and and the keys are too small and badly placed please make it save and make the keys bigger and placed better in the next update

Beautifully themed game. I would rate 5 stars, but the controls are so bad. Honestly disappointed. I will definitely re-install if the controlls get fixed.

This level is too long and I can't get pass through the other area/levels for example the two big-six-armed monster! Soooooo! Hard but cooool cuz of the retro style and stuff! 4*

I felt I could have really enjoyed this game. I really like the atmosphere and gameplay. But after and hour of struggling with the controls I am permanently done. A shame.

I like the retro look but the controls are small and don't respond well. It is playable now, but definitely harder than it should be

This game truly feels like an old arcade game. The only complaint I have is the controls that are a bit unresponsive, but besides that, great game.

Pretty good game. Nice story line, good graphics for an 8-bit game, very challenging. Its just the controls are REALLY bad.

Would be a good game if I didn't want to strangle whoever made the controls since they are unresponsive realy small and the character has no momentum

The gameplay is good, but the buttons are SO SMALL. Its really hard to play on a touch screen simply because the controls are so hard to hit.
