Picross Space - nonogram

Gameplay is better than most nonogram apps (graphics, undo button) but vast majority are just huge blobs (look like nothing until color added) and worse yet most puzzles have some squares which can't be solved without guessing. So... not proper nonograms.

I played picross Luna and was excited to see another app with the same story and style. However for picross space the black and really dark shades or grey and sometimes purple blocks with the background make it hard to see what blocks I have placed and still need to place. Enjoy it otherwise but it's a strain on the eyes for dark colors against the background

It's a nice game. No incidents so far and it's easy to use. Click the check mark to fill in the spaces you want colored in and the X for the spaces you don't want colored. The music is repetitive but it's not annoying so it never got on my nerves. I'm only on the 10x10 boards which I can still use my fingers for but I don't know how the 15x15 or the 20x20 boards will be when it comes to using a finger.

Fun game but . . . Levels crash and can't be reopened after saves. Controls are very touchy even on an 8 inch tablet and it keeps clicking adjacent squares. If the saves worked right I could work around the misclicks.

Controls are great and the adverts are minimal. Some puzzles have several solutions, however, which is very frustrating when you solve a puzzle only to be told your solution is not the correct one! Great Picross puzzles should be designed so that there is only one solution, not many. The spelling is terrible! "Tuttle" instead of turtle and "gollira" instead of gorilla - to mention two of many!

A nonogram/picross is a logic puzzle. This is often a guessing game. A good puzzle does not make you guess from several equally likely options. The controls are okay, but don't bother playing if you want an actual logic game.

Between the racist caricatures and the logos for the images, there is not much to like about this picross. I also saved one to come back to, and then was unable to reopen it. There are better games out there.

Some of the captions on the big puzzles are swapped. For example, 'talk with worm' and 'girl I met a deer'. The creator should double check things like that, and check for typos before releasing it. Some of the puzzles were just too easy, in my opinion. However, I did enjoy the game.

At least on the small game, the graphics are not so good (I've done a few other picross apps so i have a reference point for what they can look like) and more frustrating is the fact that for many of the designs, you're just left having to guess because none of the square counts give you any starting (or continuation) points. Even more frustrating when the image turns out to be 90% blank space (like a clock which is just a circle outline and two small clock arms). Feels like those images could have been designed better.

I finished all the levels and can't figure out how to "win" the game. There's no resolution. And, unlike good picross games, there are times when you're forced to guess. The pattern runs out and there's no logical next step.

Lovely little game. My fingers are a bit big/clumsy resulting in some undeserved losses but it's still a great game - satisfying, challenging, relaxing. Found via Picross Luna; picrosses are my new addiction. Love it!

Loved the pictures but some titles need reviewed. Either they were translated wrong or misspelled. Would have liked to see contrasting colors on boards that had greys or blues in them. Nice time waster...lol

Fun batch of puzzles. Many are underspecified, so you'll need to guess intelligently or use the helpers. The squares are quite small on the 20x20 puzzles, so I frequently hit the wrong square. Annoying, but the game allows a generous number of mistakes.

The big puzzle is really lacking in creativity. The biggest issue I have with these games is that the title doesn't mean anything- the picrosses aren't all space themed or something like that (which is a bummer)

It responds kind of slow as if it's taking up a lot of processing power. Haven't played it enough to see if it's draining my battery as well. It's a good game, just a little laggy.

My biggest problem is this app leaves many times that you're forced to guess. That's not how this is meant to work. None of the other picross apps I've used have done that. Simply poorly planned.

Simple, but entertaining and kind of cute. Plusses: it has a save feature, and some large scale puzzles in multiple parts. Minuses: some ambiguous clues here and there, and occasional ads with sound.

I really think this game is good for passing the time. But, Im a new mom with a baby sleeping in his crib next to me. I always have a song playing for him off my phone. When i play this app, I turn off all the BRM and sound effects. But every time an advertisement came on, id push the 'x' and it would disappear, but the ad's music kept playing, no way to turn it off. Now my son is up and im pissed. :(

A logic puzzle should have one solution and should require no guessing. The game fails heavily at this, often times giving puzzles that require no logic, but rather dumb luck to solve. Going to have to uninstall fir this reason.

I have just got into doing picross and I love it. I feel that it challenges my math and logic. There really isn't a storyline but the puzzles themselves are great to play as standalone puzzles.

Lots of badly designed Picross puzzles. There are a lot of instances where blocks are too spread out towards the end of the puzzle such that you don't have a choice but to guess. I end up failing levels because I run out of "lives" because I'm forced to guess, and it's frustrating.

Great game, with decent difficulty on the bigger boards, great to pass the time. Only annoying thing is trying to go into the saved game, seems like you have to press it 20 times before it will open!!

Love picross games, but this one was clunky and laggy, and got an add after the 1st puzzle... But in general it's ok. If you want my advice, picross pop and picross express are better

VERY fun game. The controls are a bit odd, but in a way, refreshing. The obviously translated text (my guess is from Chinese) and occasional spelling errors just add to the charm of the game. Solid 4.8/10, hours of fun packed into the game.

Very strange collection of pictures that don't seem to relate to the theme of the game or to each other. I only play the 10 by10 games. I find the smaller images crude and the larger ones lose game playability.

My only complaint about this game is that there's no option to remove the ads. I really like this app and I would be willing to pay a little bit so the ads would stop.

Fix your English. It looks like you've put all the words in some weird language to google translator. More than that, when you try to touch a square in the last row on the right it sometimes takes a live for touching a nonexistent row beyond the picture.

Would like zoom and tap if you know you are making a mistake controls, but a nice puzzle game. Lots of ads, but I don't mind that shine it's a free game

The 10 x 10 are the best! My fingers hit the wrong squares on the 15 and 20 ones. Make more 10 x 10s please!

Fun, time-wasting puzzles. My favourite part is the spelling mistakes. I'm serious, please don't fix them

Really enjoy these type of games. Smaller grids a bit boring, would like more 15 and 20

I love pic cross games and this is my current favorite. None of the other ones I've played have such vivid colors, and it's super easy to use. I recommend it!

Great except for the poor puzzle design. Unfortunately, many levels can only be solved by guessing which is unacceptable. Uninstalled.

Fun to do!!!! The only problem is when the grid gets tiny because of the large number of squares is harder to be accurate

It's playable, but don't understand controls really. Would prefer 20 x 20 grid that make a whole picture

Not every Picross puzzle has a solution without guessing so this is pretty bad as a Picross game.

The 10x10 grids, where a good majority of players will stay, are a bit clunky in design, to the ridiculous things like "OMG"

Great, additive game. Would like to have setting options to keep the numbers highlighted until the whole row is completed. Currently the numbers dim when a group is formed , but not always in order. Keep all numbers lit until the row is complete

The "How to" button doesn't work. At all. Not interested in sleuthing it out.

Mindless fun, similar to the World Mosaics games for PC. The ads after every other level are annoying, though.
