I have come across three puzzles already where I have seen the clue I've collected the clue I have verified with a video that's my answer is correct and it is still not given me the right response. this has been our first two levels of the Santa one and the first level of the wax Stone one, and I paid to have access to all the videos and all the clues, I tried downloading it again hoping that would help solve the problem. Nothing seems to be working and I typically love your games

I love ur games but having to start over bc I get froze on or leave is ridiculous....lost good amount of coins bc I had to start over. .funny how u guys start us over but keep the points....I call BS...my hub does apps so I know how they work ..will give u a 5 once the prob is fixed

My and my special needs son plays the game he loves it he wants more levels please

Great game. Update fixed problem. But after this update and last update I lost all the ones I completed

it needs some leads to find the clues

There are a lot of bugs since I updated the game. I can't earn coins because it freezes before it's finished. One of the levels will not let me load because it shows up infinity and just sits there. I can be in the middle of playing the game and it says unfortunately the game has stopped. Is there a way to work around it or can you fix it? Please! I will give it a higher rating if you could fix.

I can not receive the daily gifts i did update and i also tried my wifi and my phones internet and still not able to

The game is OK, but there are some bugs, which I don't like. E.g. level 1 in celebrations - I should see 6 knobs to turn but I see only 4. This way I can only skip the task, although I want to play it and on top I need to pay 25 coins. Am I the only one to have this?

This game is horrible because it gives you a waste of time trying to do one thing and not on the other (snow flake-star-sun-heart)????????

I can't solve in first task

The buttons keep getting stuck on the level I'm playing (new year's celebration - 9 Meeting Girlfriend). I can't scroll through my item list or pause the game. Every time it stops working, I close out and reopen the game. Please fix this!

I will play this game once and I was stuck in 2nd level and I'm never come past .

2nd edit level is liberation of Santa as previously advised! Edit: ive already checked the walkthrough and the glitch won't let me past it or allow me to play again. A couple of levels have glitches and I've had to replay however on liberation of Santa I'm almost at the end and have the screwdriver but no matter where I click on the cooker hood it won't zoom in and allow me to use. I've tried to restart the game but when I click on play instead of continue the page just flashes and won't let me click on it so I'm stuck and can't move further into the game.

Great game when: 1. There weren't glitches 2. Didn't freeze, crash and force me to restart level 3. Puzzles (w/out clues) made sense 4. Clues made sense Unfortunately, one through 4 happened often. But, I did finish game...because I'm stubborn. 5/10-GLITCH in "Rescue The Miniature" level: it happened when I finished [skipped] the cake ingredients order puzzle. I retrieved item [key], I encountered same problem & same GLITCH as detailed below (Nutcracker level) ...I exited game, then tried to continue where I left off, but every time I try...it's frozen, and I've exited & reopened several times. Effects of glitch: background is flashing, cannot close clue window. Will have to replay level AGAIN, in order to move on to next level/scene. ???????????? Also, watching ads to get coins still not working. 5/9-watching ads to get coins isn't working. 5/?/17-GLITCH in "The Nutcracker" level: I tried to continue where I left off, but every time I try...it's frozen, and I've exited & reopened several times. Effects of glitch: background is flashing, cannot close clue window (ornament, snowman, poinsettia & lantern), nor can I access the puzzle box [for corresponding clue above] in my inventory. Guess I'll have to restart level. ???? **Update** Restart worked, got through level

Loved playing this game until I get to the part where you pick up the fish off the wall and no matter how often I try, it just won't let me.. ????????

I love the game, but am having trouble with the Indian head puzzle in the first game. There are no instructions and all of the walkthroughs skip it. This seems to be par for the course.

Can't get past the red square puzzle in fete of clock tower. Found the clues and watched the walk through but it still won't open

My opinion this is a hard game and I love it, one problem on dwelling father,the angle part with the triangle, square, triangle and octagon, when I went to solve it in the next room I tried different ways without success, so I watch the walkthrough and followed it even counting how many times each one lit up( from left to right, 3,3,3,4) and still won't open, what am I doing wrong, I even counted each angle ( triangle 3 ea, square 4 and octagon 5.

In fete of forsaken clock tower the puzzle with the rows of red blocks will only let me hit first 2 buttons then nothing else. I have found both clues needed to solve this puzzle and checked the walk throughs but still not working. Was really enjoying the game until this point

This would be the best one yet but on the Christmas ones I keep having to skip games because the puzzles just flash and I can't play or the stuff disappears after I solve the puzzle. This is very frustrating. I have also had alot of problems with it shutting itself down and having to restart.

In Pair of skies, how to make correct arrangements at ratio wise setting of buttons, and in fete in forsaken clock tower, the wooden box contained nothing but in walkthrough there is a brush. Please solve this issue

Was great until i got fete in forsaken clock tower. Almost had it matered until i got to the box with 5 colume of red boxes can hit on the first two correct but nothing else.

Best game is this.the great escape.I done this game quickly.very easy game.make a difficult game.that can't solve.hmm the difficult games are best ever best.

STUPID GAME WHOEVER DID THE WALKTHROUGH IS A MORON KEPT BOUNCING AROUND LOST INTEREST.
