With this easy to use app, learning to read in English is an enjoyable experience. Developed by linguistic experts, children learn to read in their own time and at their own pace.
With Read, children can:
• Hear the word spoken correctly.
• See the correct spelling.
• Practise saying the letter, word and sentence.
• Record the story and play it back.
With 8 levels and 32 books, children can progress at their own pace, starting from simple words, moving on to full sentences, and finally, reading a full story.
The first three books on every shelf are read-to-me stories. The stories are read aloud while the child follows along. The fourth book allows the child to practise reading, using the vocabulary from the stories just read. The record feature allows the child to record him or herself reading the story and play it back.

The app is very good. Unfortunately after lenovo tab firmware last update some of the books, actually most of them, can not load. Do you have any solution to this problem?

Great education for reading. But not rewarding. You don't earn anything for doing. It doesn't know if you read correctly. No settings, and what is the Teacher Zone and why can't I access it? I emailed for support weeks ago, no help.

I bought the entire set of books and my 5yr old loves them...only problem is when we record her reading there is no play button to listen also we can't log in or set up a log in

I bought the full set of books , left the tablet to download the books, . The most number of the books were downloaded very quickly after payment, but before complete was downloading suddenly stopped , BUT : after I uninstalled APP and to install it once more, I found out , that all books were downloaded fully. and APP runs very good.. APP is great and useful !

I bought the entire set of books this evening, left the tablet to download the books, but did not receive my purchases. The screen read "downloading shelf one" but it was at 0%. It is 6.5 hours later and no books. Can you please assist? My 6 year old son loves the books that we have (the free ones) and I told him that when he woke up, he'd have all the books.

The only reason I gave some if it 3 stars is because the app keep crashing be in the middle of my child's reading. And I hate that as much as my child does. Over all the app is great! my 3 year old can pick any books now and read a couple of sentences without hesitation! thanks to this app and of course my parenting skills. I purchased all 8 books and I wish there were more! I love the fact that we can play with the app even without internet. My toddler's favorite is " Don the donkey and Monty the monkey" story. We just can't get enough! Graphics and stories are great too! I've been looking for a smooth and smart audio book like this for a while and thank goodness I found this beautiful well thought-out app! We love this app!
