Birdinggame for Android
Great idea and some excellent photos, certainly worth a birder's time, but some things not thought through. 1. Supposedly at Rutland water, but sometimes uses American names. 2. Game needs you to find outlines in a landscape, but the bird that comes up bears no relation to the shape or position of what you find. 3.Some photos need a zoom facility.
Fun game but why does it have it's own special back button instead of using the regular back button? Don't even think of switching to another app in the middle of a game or download because the app quits once you leave.
Won't Download picture files so you can play the game. This has been fixed great customer support
Can't use app without first downloading image packs, none of which work. App crashes when downloads are attempted. Tried on Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 and Galaxy Nexus, no luck.
Good practice!
High expectations, as in knowing all birds in the world. Also makes you download bird packs after installing the app itself.
Won't Download picture files so you can play the game.
Would like to see more North American birds eventually.
Previous issues sorted all seems to work well, will look forward to updates.
I have field guides from all over & that certainly helped me, but unless you are a European birder, this game is not for you.
Game doesn't work Doesn't let me pan to the edge on my HTC one x so cant finish the game also specie names are not English terms eg Mew Gull should be Common Gull.. other than that it's got potential.
Great idea - needs N American birds I have field guides from all over & that certainly helped me, but unless you are a European birder, this game is not for you.

If there had been some way to enlarge the photos I would have enjoyed it
