Screen is difficult to read on GS5 Active. Cards are large but print is barely readable, even with glasses.

Partner CANNOT bid and will cut you alot. Opponents ALWAYS under bidding and renigg quite a bit. Worsed spades app I've tried.

Game AI is better than most. Would be 5 stars if you could change options like being able to pass one on nil and one or two on blind. Also a bag count somewhere on screen

Other spades apps don't even come close to the AI in this game. I've tried a ton and all the others have horrible AI to the point I want to throw my phone. I emailed the devs regarding a feature request for Army rules and they responded immediately, letting me know a joker-joker-deuce option is already in the works. Great app, great devs.

These guys aren't lying! In Spades you need to trust your partner and you can in this game. How many times have you played Spades apps and been sabotaged by your so-called "partner"? You don't have to worry about that here. This is as close as you can get to playing Spades properly - working with your partner as a Team. Enjoy!

This spades game is addictive fun. Nice graphics and good computer players.

It's a good time-waster. I was impressed with the art as well as the general presentation of the game. The attention to detail, snappy gameplay, and depth of the graphics all contributed to a cohesive app. Having played Spades (the card version) before, the game was easy to pick up and play. The developers are pretty responsive to requests, too. I'd complained about the default "double click to play" in the nookColor version, and they have since made that the default for Android. The AI's smart. Fun game.

The AI is fairly smart; unless you go nil or double nil. Then your partner will often play low and your opponent will cover you. Which is bogus. The confidence meter is nice. There are no stats, so you can't see trends or how your play develops. For a pay game stats should be mandatory. It's kinda fugly, and the cards are not sharp looking. It's fun, but needs improvement.

Game wise - by far the best I have played. Feels like random cards. Plays like a real game. Would benefit from better sounds during play to give encouragement. For example a a winner display than the bland one used.

Options such as, Jokers, or jokers duece ace Layouts Colors Bidding Cards Give the tweakers something dudes... Why not include all variations of spades and lock it down!

Excellent AI and professional presentation. Your partner's "confidence" indicator is something I haven't seen in a card game program before. Matches up to 1000 points last through my entire carpool commute, although the other passengers fuss a lot when it's my turn to drive. :)

This game is a lot of fun. I haven't played spades before, but it was pretty easy to learn. I really like the option to click twice to play, so you don't accidentally play the wrong card.
