Clark is a guard in the British museum. Along with his wife Mary, an archeologist, he has been to loads of places on the globe. This time they were about to set off on quite an ordinary journey to Egypt to open an exhibition about ancient Egyptian relics. Among relics, however, there was a very special one - an Anubis mascot. Many link mythical legends and events with that. One day Clark finds neither his mascot nor his wife.
