I couldn't get past the letter / number puzzle. After getting the clue I tried to enter it, but there are more than 1 of each letter and number in each spot (2 letter Ts and 2 number 3s). You would have to try all possible combinations until you accidentally hit on the right one. Very poorly done puzzle.
