I actually liked this one better compared to some of the others of this kind...it wasn't the color wheel that got me, it was finding where to put that darn horse....

Solved the colour wheel, outer ring is yellow above number 1, next ring in is purple below number 2 and so on, took me a couple of goes but got there eventually!
