About 10-Minutes Stretch Workout
Fraser recommends trying to find 10 to 15 minutes a day to stretch out the body for maximum benefit. Each stretch should be performed for approximately 15 to 30 seconds for beginners and can be repeated as required. More advanced participants can hold the stretch for one to two minutes.

Good and common workout routines for quick start-you-day or break-time fitness. App however does not let me get through any as it constantly freezes, not sure if its due to the ads, but I'm not paying for something I can't get a decent test run of even if its an insignificant cost.
