Now had the best service and delivery. Its was awesome. My order did not even take 20 minutes to be delivered and love that you can track the order. Im now very impressed. I understand on month end it will have an effect on delivery time, but the convieniance makes up for it.

The app says you can't deliver to my location which is wierd because you did before. The McDonalds is literally 2km away so what the hell is the problem. I want a milkshake bt i cnt order one. This app sucks

The app is absolutely horrid. I put in an order then had to wait for an hour and a half fo my delivery all to find out a few minutes after the hour and a half, my order got cancelled. I've never been so annoyed. I hate this app

What an utter waste of time. Cannot see which store your order is placed. After an hour of waiting, order status still shows "order received". Service is awful. Could have had my food faster if I fetched it myself. Not worth the time and effort to load this app or use this delivery service

I dont know why alot of these comments are negative. I really enjoy using this app. My order came 20 min. Before estimated delivery time and there was nothing wrong with my order! The person delivered my food with a smile. I highly reccomend!

Delivery service sucks as takes too long and when food eventually arrive after 1 hour (unacceptable), the food is ice cold and they forget half of your order... When u call the call centre they are unapologetic for your frustration and just tell u they on their way. ???? bad delivery service. Mcdonalds must re- visit they delivery service to customers.

The app used to work but even then there'd be some double launch of the Address activity (finish the intent)... Now there's always a toast message showing that the service is not available or restaurant not available whatever... Tried uninstalling and reinstalling same toast message still pops up. This app is convenient but come on thought this would have been resolved by now.

If you going to create an app make sure it's useful to us users. This app is very useless. If only I knew I wouldn't have wasted my data. I'm very angry, annoyed and frustraTed right now. Stick to phone calls delivery, cause clearly you have no idea how to run this application. Stop wasting our data.

Absolutely ridiculous! An hour and a half later and still no food, the call centre are unhelpful and the app gives no info about the order! Really terrible app and service is horrific!

Quite stupid how there isn't a location option instead of this whole address form. My home address doesn't show up on your systems therefore I can't order. Also quite inconvenient how I have to place an order just to look at the menu? Highly displeased with how incompetent some of the employees over the phone are as well. When I'm at different locations and I've finally been able to place an order via phone call dilevery isn't bad at all. The app is the only issue.

This app is not user friendly. Before I updated it to the latest version I was able to order, now all of a sudden with the new version I can't order because, suddenly they don't deliver to my address. It really is an inconvenience

This is the worst app I have ever used. Once I was done with the registration phase, I could not order because the store I was assigned to is unable to take my order. Why can't I be assigned to another store or select the my own store. We have 2 McD's with 5 km. Honestly it is easier to just go to the store myself. This app is a waste of time, my advise is to not download it. McD should go back to the drawing board and improve their systems online and within the stores.

This app is terrible. I placed an order a day in advance and was sent order confirmation only for them to cancel my order without letting me know, I found out on the day when i tracked my order. Make an app thats actually useful and that doesn't disappoint customers !

Ive been waiting for my activation number since the beginning of time. In have now reached retirement age and guess what ....Still no activation number. I now have no teeth left and still no hamburger either. What a sad day in history.

Unuserfiendly This app is so kak, they show no card opions give you a defult username and takes decades to deliver. For a company that promotes fast food. This app and the francise in general is slower than internet explorer

Just ordered 2 mcflurries... Exta Delivery cost wasnt clearly indicated before ordering only saw that there was a delivery cost after ordering. Delivery gets here late or not at all. Tracking your order doesnt get you anywhere.

Since the newest update cant make an order. Could before. Now it tels me something about my address. Edited it saved it again I can't. My gps is activated and still refuses to work

What an inconvenience! Took forever to get food delivered. Driver only sent out after I complained, an hour later! Do not recommend it at all????

Don't waste your time with this app. Got so frustrated that I got into my car & drove to KFC instead.

The app is not great, and you have to recapture all your details for the credit card. But the service was awesome, probably about 20-25mins and my burger was here!

Not a great app. Can't query an order, cancel one if you've been waiting for hours or do anything else.

If I could give negative stars I would, I ordered before 12 and it's 13:32. I have just been informed that they are waiting for a driver. Unacceptable service

The worst thing I think this team has done is to create this new update. The absolute worst. Not user friendly. Everything everyone else has said is true and then some. Please bring back the old app with all its efficiency or pull the entire thing down.

The most dumbest app ever! There is a McDonald's branch within a 5km radius but yet it does not deliver to my address. Please delete this app. It's an absolute disgrace.

I ordered my food and payed online for it so when they got here i could just quickly collect it, then i check the app and it says the food is delivered but they didnt come. Wasted my money on literally nothing

Been getting service is temporary unavailable for the past month. What a useless app and service. Luckily there are many other fast food franchises that will happily take my money.

UI sucks donkey balls! Address form is utter kak... won't even let you fill in your details how you want then the grey info error pop-up box whizzes by too quickly, you can't even make out what the error with your address is?! And lastly the most rubbish bit of all is how you won't let me -at the very least- see menu & call my nearest store to place a telly order, making the overall app useless, Absolutele waste of space and data! Mnxim

This is the most useless app in the history of APPS! Requested to always enter an address the map can deliver to the address but the ability to order is always temporarily unavailable. What's the point!

It's been an hour since I ordered my food, I don't know what is going on but I hope I will get the food because I paid online. There's no store details to check if they are delivering, no push notifications to update me. I am just crossing fingers right now and hope I will get the food. And when I do, I will definitely delete this app because it's so useless.

Many times I get a "server unavailable message". Also, a function where you can include a tip as a percentage of the total bill would be useful. Thanks

Stupid app that doesn't even send activation codes making us look like stupids registering with 3 diff emails for no code to come .Don't even waste your time downloading

Utter waste of time, Order placed via app, Get an email saying order in transit, than get a Please Call Me from someone, Returned call and it turns out it's McDonald's Benoni worker, Wants to inform me my Oreo mcdlurry cannot be delivered as they don't habe Oreo cakes, Request Refund and I'm told they cannot refund me as they are a franchised outlet and order was placed via an app and it goes to the head office. Ask the persons name and he says speak to my supervisor, the supervisor does not want to come on the phone, the employee than tells me to call in tommorow as the manager will be in tommorow. As I ask for the supervisors name to take it up with the head office, suddenly the delivery for Oreo cakes has arrived and now my order can be finalised. This is the attitude of the employees and the worst service by far, they cannot even handle a simple refund.

Orders take way too long (considering it is McDonalds afterall). It also needs a better tracking system. Use geo-locations! I hate having to explain to the drivers where we are eventhough the details are in the app.

Total and utter kak. Always used the previous version and had no problems and now this new one keeps saying unable to take your order..temporary unavailable. Stupid and worst delivery app ever.. Won't recommend this to anyone

I couldn't order at 9pm. The nearest McDonald's is 2,4km away and they say I'm not in delivery range. Waste of time if you ask me.

Absolutely rubbish. Every time I try to order it tells me that the app has stopped working. Waste of time.

Ordered now an hour ago,App said order received sitting and waiting,now I checked and order said delivered,strange ......me and my family are still sitting with no food,believe me in boiling now,and now I have to make or go buy food and when I wanted to place an order again a message pops up saying they ain't delivering currently,never had a problem,why now?????? Before I support you again I want the surety that this has been amended
