I can't use my email address to register on the app.. The error message says I must enter a valid email address... Neither my work or personal email address works in that field

Used to work perfectly on my lg g3. Now im on a lg g6 but it keeps crashing. Please fix asap

Really broken. Most of the time the stores just can't scan and pay out of the app. Also constantly loses settings. Often gotten to the till and the app has forgotten everything

App has never worked for me. Always says there is no network connection. Tried on both WiFi and Cellular. Tried uninstalling and installing again. Nothing. Don't bother with this.

App crashes often. Otherwise its great

App won't send the OTP for verification. Tried 20 times. Uninstalled and reinstalled. No help button anywhere. Not impressed.

UPDATE: I *STILL* can't register because my email address contains both upper and lower characters and dots. Any feedback please, developers?

Can not link my loyality card

The app is basic and does what is advertised. But I can't link my existing loyalty card so all my accumulated points are useless. Customer service is non existent. No reply to messages and tweets.

You really need to link the loyalty card and the app. It's of no use otherwise...

I couldn't find a way to link my loyalty card :/ So I'm sticking to using my vida loyalty card instead. One fail, you can't tip the guys in the app... That is part of the vida culture imo

Where is the link to an existing loyalty card?

It is so dumb that they don't transfer the points from your card. I've been on the loyalty card for over 5 years. No way to reward loyalty!

Why not get 5% back if you are spending the money anyway?

I can't even start. Was smsed a 5 digit pin to start and the app only allows 4 digit pins. Wtf

As per lots of others, there needs to be functionality to link existing card to app.

Can't find my cell number so had ti register again which means I'm earning the loyalty on two accounts. Can't be bothered with it.. needs improving to be able to link existing Vida card to account...

Can I link it to my Vida Card to use my loyalty points from there?

I have a Vida loyalty card and would like the option to upload that loyalty balance to the app. 3 stars till I can do that.

vida are leading the mobile transacting charge with this awesome app that lets you pay in store with your phone and earn loyalty at the same time plus tons of more features!

My laziness trying to copy my OTP from my message and pasting it in the app actually crashed the app. Otherwise looks solid!
