Booked flight nine days in before departure and 3days before departure they cancelled my booking because of an issue with my credit card . Without warning ,email or call to sort out the issue. I had to go to another app to buy a last minute ticket too expensive.

It would be great if the app had a function to check a booking status. In other words, enter your booking number and see if all paymwnts have been received and then view the e-ticket. That - linked to a direct online chat service will absolutely blow the legs off, of all other booking apps.
