the app is Ok. I would have liked to see some more accurate real time data. the app only updates the location of the vehicle every minute or so, and real time tracking is not an option. there are many other apps out there that actually let me track people in real time, but this technology is not made available to us for a piece of equipment that should clearly give us this ability. I am not sure if this is an ability of the hardware installed but, if it is, it is disabled by tracker for some reason to save money. The app can be much better.

When I try to login with the app it gives me a message that my session has expired. Also you have misspelled my email address which I need to use as my login, now I need to remember an incorrect email as well in order to login, but I suppose that's not a problem because I'm in any case unable to login.

Poorly designed app for this day and age. Frequently loses signal for HOURS at a time. Doesn't track in real time. Antiquated user interface. Outdated satellite maps. Slow. Annoying.

Log on the app however it keeps showing yesterday's information when the car's ignition was on, how am I supposed to track my car if it shows yesterday's information????

I have 3 cars linked to my account. Most of the times it shows where the cars are located on the maps, but recently some of my cars remains still where they were and do not show the real location

The app works well although it is tedious to have to retype the password everytime you want to check where your vehicle are. Smartphones all have native security features that can make this task easier and quicker if integrated into the app. If that is not possible then a check box to remember the password will make things alot more usable. If a session expires because I take a call while checking on my vehicles then I have to retype the password. If I use the app 20 times I retype the password 20 times.

Needs update in expense log for more digits in km reading. Currently only supports 6 digits. Needs 7, decimal point and 2 digits after. Currency symbol changes from R in edit screen to £ after save in expense log screen. Also need decimal point and 2 digits after in current km setting. Please update soon.

Had high hopes that the App will work but no luck. FALSE PROMOTION AND ADVERTSING since I am not able to login and track my car on SKYTRAX WITH A PHONE. Same problem as all the other reviews. Cannot even login shows "Session expired please login again'. SOME ADVICE TRACKER - RATHER TAKE THE APPS OF THE AIR AND FIX BEFORE YOU GET 100'S MORE BAD REVIEWS

Position data is 14 hours old so not very useful. Would be nice to be able to retrieve actual coordinates as one can through browser. Looking forward to update... Best you find another App developer... let me know if you want one...

Rubbish. I phoned Tracker as it kept saying session expired. Their answer was use the app with the yellow background and not this one with the blue background. Really...that was the technical response. So if its been changed why not release an update rather than a separate app. At least remove the old one from Play. So I tried the alternative app and it too is rubbish. Cannot get anything to work. Don't bother wasting your time or data.
