This app keeps crashing, please fix it. As a security app, non-function is a serious problem, surely?

App is inconsistent.. sometimes can't even log in.. car guard sometimes doesn't even work...

Waited ages for generated temporary password. Logged in and app forces me to select and verify new password. Refuses to accept my new case sensitive password (a box flashes on screen "attempting to reset your password. Please wait..."). Won't go any further so can't use the app.

Dear Tracker Connect Team. I would like to inform you that the current update lacks the Car Guard feature which was indeed very useful. Please could you bring that feature back. Thank you.

Was working before I updated. Now all I can see is where my vehicle was and the gps doesn't work. I'm moving but still shows that I'm at work. Please fix

So not impressed, this app rejects my login, I'm told to contact their call center and they never answer the phone..

Whoever that's designing this app should be assigned for pre school kids apps. We're talking serious matters here. Imagine a car lost and this app refreshing after 2 days.

The current update is just bad, doesn't show current location of the car even after 9 hours. It displays a location which I left long ago.

Have been waiting for the app to work on Nougat for ages Thanks for the update everything working here. Hope next compatible update won't take time

Im so frustrated with these guys. They log me out of my mobile app. This week l tried several attempts but they are too busy to attend. Finally i then spoke to another dude who assured me that he will fix it, but still up to now the app doesn't work. I use my tracker everyday using my mobile app but now im loosing and its been over a week. I press the panic button ant they don't even bother to call. I. So frustrated

What's the point of it all if if doesn't update location frequently. How can I rely on it?

Excellent app wonder if we will add an option to deactivate vehicle or ignition on the app

Unable to log in

Does not allow for simple login using credentials from the website. Displays some error about guid. Appears to have been poor QA on the app

Like the lock in unlock feature but disappointed that I can't get reports mailed at click of button,as I use to do before the update.

Same issue as another user. OAuth error and GUID error

The app keeps on saying that I have no listed vehicles. It keeps telling me to make sure that I logged in,which I do each time. Please help with this for a higher rating. Would like to be able to track my car

I never had problems with this app. Since i have the samsung S8 plus I cannot seem to get it to work. What do i nee to do to get it working again. It keeps on saying, application stopped working please help

DONT DOWNLOAD.... this app is usless and doesnt work. Spent over an hour with tracker on the phone and still no help. They claim this app is better then the other one yet the other one at least opens yet shows you all delayed infor...

App crashes every time, and when it does login there is no data. There hasn't been an update since 2016 despite numerous complaints/feedback. :(

It worked perfectly well until my S7 Edge's OS updated to Nougat today, since then it is disfunctional. Please update to work on newer Operating Systems. I loved it before.

It was worth a 5 star rating untill the update. Now it stops responding and shuts down before even the log i n page.

As per all other comments it never gives a list of cars or drivers. And tracker never gives answers nor updates. Shocking service.

What a useless app. It just keeps closing on its own

This app does not work. I cannot view my vehicle. It is stuck on a screen that says refreshing Driver list. Nobody at tracker can help.

Absolute waste of time!

Took several attempts to log in and when finally managed to, the app doesn't update driver/car details, so, is basically useless. Don't even try to contact the Tracker help desk...

This app is useless... i registered and cant even access the app it just shows my personal details it does not even show my cars position at all.
