No option to top up data, as advertised
Good to see balances and all that. Why not add EFT code where you check balances. On next update. 6 months since last update come on

Very nice easy to use app
Not giving a review on the app, but rather just on the overall experience of getting an ADSL line installed. The service is horrible, nobody can give me an answer, pretty much Telkom is doing the EXACT opposite of what they should be doing handling faults. Thanks for wasting my time douchebags.
App description is not true.. "Customers can manage their landline account, top-up their data and much more."... Perhaps I am stupid or going crazy, or both, but I cannot see where data can be topped up in the app.
I don't know what I expected from Helkom.... the app is just as useless as they are. I can't log faults or check outages.... instead it tells me to call their call centre. There's a reason I got the app.... I don't want to use your ridiculous call centre!!!!!!!!!! I can't wait until I can get fibre and drop this useless company!!!
I can't log faults anymore. I put the phone number in and it returns a message saying "null" with a "Continue" button that just takes you back to where you were

Doesn't do what it says.no way to check balances of your data. No point to the app if you still need to go to the website to find that out
They resolved my issue speedily. Much easier than going through the centre.
For such a large company to develope an app that cant even open is down right messed up, no updates for an app that crashes the second u click on the icon ...
I don't know why everyone's complaining. You can log faults and track them as well as check balances and orders etc
When ever you click on any options it says "we are unable to process your request please try again later"
The app does not provide the functionality that it says it does. Utter rubbish.

Works well, but would like to see a data meter to see more exactly when the c will be reached.
No option to buy data can only log faults and see balance
Despite the pictures shown, it only displays in landscape on my tablet. This means that I have to close the keyboard to get to the fields on the bottom half of the screen because the screen itself cannot be repositioned. Despite these irritations, it gets the job done.
Forever "can't connect to server"

Every time I try to login, at different times of the day, it says that I don't have an internet connection when I clearly do. Tried with wifi and my cell's mobile data, same story, it's not detecting that I have an Internet connection. Please fix.
Can't top up data. Not eveb an option for that eveb though the app says you can. Usless app, just like the company
