Used to be a good app that stopped working after recent updates. Please roll back on updates
It should also should how much data/airtime/sms you've used up in a space of time, not only what you're left with.
Working app was killed by a upgrade. What should have improved is now an useless app.
Was unable to log in, kept saying connection error even though the connection to internet was fine.
A few weeks ago the app stopped working and I cannot check any balances. It's incredibly frustrating
Been battling to check my balances lately... if its not my wifi then its telkom mobile! You people are pathetic
The app doesn't work anymore! Pity there isn't a zero stars option. Please fix it and I will change my rating...
My device constantly gets loading errors. Unlimited data contracts should also have their infamous "Soft Cap" values and balances displayed, so that we know where we stand. Simply stating: "Unlimited" is not enough, we know it ain't so! Other than that, useful App.. Keep it up Telkom, you are getting there!
Totally annoyed with Telkom Mobile & their pathetic service delivery!!! Stuck next to the road, I notice I am running out of data , in a desperate attempt I waste precious data to download the utterly useless Telkom Mobile App, I realise to my dismay that I deluded myself in thinking that something in our already service delivery deprived country will work in the paying customers favour!!! Ha ha ha!!!! What a fool I was!!!! I can't use the useless App to transfer data from my other phone!!! I'm done!!!
Its really frustrating everytime I try to check my bundles its doesn't even load. I go a mifi and everytime wanna check I have to take out the sim card and put it In another phone to check my balance. Plz fix it or I am gonna port to another network!!!
For about a month now, I've been automatically logged out of the app Everytime I switch to another app (including when I get a 13 seconds call, I come back to a log in screen). Also, whether or not I have data bundles, the app takes an average 4 minutes before even loading the login page.
Could add a "stay logged in" to be more user friendly. Tried to purchase additional data for my contract that I have with Telkom, wouldn't allow me to. I had to phone in which defeats the point of having the app?
The app refuses to connect and my internet connection is fine. Waste of time. Kindly fix this problem. How else are we suppose to check a WIFI router's data balance when both the site we usually use and this app both do not work?
I have already registered. So does the app want me to register again when i explivitly said i wanted to link my account? I guess i should not have expected much from a 3.4 star app. Had to uninstall.
If it works and recognise my sim, it takes ages to login. I find it useless to login to see my balance. It should only be necessary to login if you want change something or access personal info or make purchases. Lately it stops at the first screen.
I don't know how many times I've had to install and un-install this app because it has so many shortcomings. Firstly, it will log out on a regular basis meaning you have to give your log in details almost alll the time. It's also regularly unable to connect to serve despite the fact the internet connection will be perfectly fine. And it takes forever to load info. It's such a pity that it has so many misgivings because when it does work, it actually is a handy tool.
The app simply stopped working. The call centre refuses to log a call within 24 hours from reporting. It was working fine till now though, however I only used it to view balances.
For someone sitting overseas trying to manage my wifi data bundle in my holiday home, this is amazing!!! I can even check how much data I have left and automatically top up without even running out and I don't come across as an incompetent idiot with too little data!
This app is easily the most useful app on my phone. It is also easily the worst app on play store too. Hey, at least the last update managed to fix it to work just twice for me. I hasn't worked again since. FIX IT!!!
It takes too many steps to get the info most people use the app for: current usage vs. bundle. Please add a widget so that (1) you can quickly see the info without launching app and (2) it saves having to go through the long login process each time

Worked for a while after the last update but now it only shows "loading". Would be great if it worked.
Can't even open this app now. I called the call centre twice n they asked me to delete the application n reinstall it but it still don't work.

Takes forever to open, in fact it doesn't open. Typical Telkom service, absolutely useless. Do not waste your time downloading it.
Well since yesterday the app just won't log me in. Just says "Authentication Failed" even though my credentials are correct.
App does not load. We don't know our balances.please fix the problem. Need to know what balance is!!!!!!
Since update today app takes forever to open and very very slow was working so fine before. Not usefull at all!!!
Always seem to have authentication issues. When trying to login. Only after ressetting the password via forgot password link can you login. Then the next day you have the same issue again of not authenticating. Please fix this issue
Cannot get in to check balance... it was working fine.. now its not working at all.... very frustrating
I uninstalled this app after even the Telkom assistant could not get it to work
It could have been a great app had it allow "Suspending" / "Unsuspending" your account and/or specific MultiSim number, and allowing you to shop through it. An improvement to allow almost all the functionality of Telkom web account to be done here shall be made. Other than that, it's a good app because it allows your to manage your account rather having to call the Call Center....
Plz fix this app.it was working fine and all of a sudden it stop working.i recently switched to telkom and now this happen.
Was working fine up until a point then just stopped working permanently. Updates doesnt help.
Am ok with the app, but your billing is starting to frustrate me, every month you are billing me figures I don't know where you there are coming from coz my contracts are fixed.
My internet is fine but the app does not want me to log in. It worked fine before but something is wrong now.
It has a pathetic user interface. Filled with persistent errors when loging in. I have to login everytime i switched app which makes the errors even worse to deal with. Its depressing.
Why do I have to login everytime I open up the app , it is on my phone , if there is a security problem I will deal with it myself , bit frustrating because I have to log in everytime.
This app was last updated in 2015 and does not work anymore!!! WTF Telkom??? I want to pay you but I'm not receiving statements via post or email anymore. My "My Telkom" account does not give nay information anymore either. Telkom is the most useless company in the world.

Everytime I want to check my balance I have to log in even if I've just minimized the app. A home screen widget will be very useful. The vodacom app is a great example of what we all need.
