Lol trust Kauia to do this. The "free" smoothie isn't free, you just end up paying a discounted rate, which is fine, but if you giving a discount advertise it as such. Don't falsely advertised it as free.

App permissions seem to only have option for you to receive sms and mail marketing. Is our business not enough loyalty without needing annoying marketing

Not able to use the app. Can't get past registration as Terms and Conditions won't load and allow me to accept.

I have the p9 lite and I'm not sure if it's a general problem but the app crashes as soon as I try to use it.

It's okay so far, I got a free smoothie for registering. But the app crashes ever so often

Ive installed and downloaded more than once it does not allow me to register or log in at all

Stickers not updated after 12 smoothie purchases. Voucher should be updated after purchasing 12 smoothies. Still sitting at 11, poor application.

Very annoying. Have P8 everytime I try register I get smsd a code bit when I use that code it says verification failed.. you guys should really test your app from time to time

Downloaded app onto my Sony Z3. I've tried to register using Facebook and the sms code. It goes through and asks me to do my profile. It then automatically brings up the loading screen and asks me to register again. Ive done this about 12 times. Uninstalled it and reinstalled it multiple times. Please fix this soon.

App just crashes on opening

Hi I had a free protein smoothie because I've collected the required amount of stickers for it but I've switched phones (not cellphone numbers) and once I logged in with my same credentials I noticed my sticker was gone and I have to start from scratch. This is highly annoying!

I recently upgraded from a galaxy S3 to an S6. I download the app onto the new phone and do the verification process. The 1 smoothie point and 2 coffee points carry over,but the 11 protein smoothie points mysteriously disappear. These also conveniently happen to be the most expensive things on the menu. So now from being 1 purchase away from a free smoothie, I have to start from scratch again. Rip off.

It would be useful, but it requires unacceptably intrusive permissions, which are a total invasion of privacy. Why does Kauai want or need to know which apps are running on my phone and my browsing history and bookmarks? Why does Kauai want or need to access my photos/media/files, etc? Thanks but no thanks. I will stick with the stickers...

An almost full protein smoothie card, and now you don't sell them anymore. Looks like this app has been forgotten.

How can we transfer our current stickers to the app?

The screen grabs show the new look but the app still has the old look. And most places don't accept the app. Nor offer stickers. Something going very wrong with their loyalty program - they're forgetting it most of the time.
