I placed an order at 19:57pm for the first time after downloading the app. I received confirmation that my order had been accepted its now 21:26 and haven't heard a thing since. Tried calling the store and they aren't picking up however it is advised on the website that store is open until 22:00. Don't think I'll bother with the app ever again

Need to scroll horizontally and open restaurants to see if they accept orders and deliver - not necessary if the app was designed properly. Operating hours are out of date. An hour after the order, I called and they hadn't started it yet... Clearly not integrated into the way the outlets operate.

First time it worked fine, tonight it won't work. Phoned the store who said there was nothing wrong and I must phone head office in Johannesburg. Seriously? I am in Pinetown! Thanks for nothing Engen Sarnia branch who then put the phone down while I was still talking.

Tried try to order from the Parow branch. Parow does not deliver. Ordered from the Goodwood branch expecting to pay more for delivery. I find out from Goodwood that the order has been changed to collection. This is a problem as I have difficulty walking and have no car. I was not impressed. Thank goodness Goodwood branch decided to deliver anyway. Maxwell at Goodwood is a sweetie. Steers app manager is not.

The app is quite good. But my problem was with the collection time. I ordered at about 11.20am and I selected "As soon as possible" option for collection. On the confirmation screen it said that I placed my order at 10.00am. Therefore I hope the programmers will fix this bug.

Don't bother! What a shocker, none of the restaurants near my house delivers or accepts online orders and the one that might do either, is offline. Why have an app if it does not work properly???

I LOVE this app! This has changed the way we order food. Love that I don't have to speak to anyone, and am kept updated on my order at all times. So fast and so convenient!

This is useless.... no one delivers no shop in pretoria area has any chicken why is it on the menu... rather delete this app waste of my time !!!!!

Good first experience. The only bummer is that you can't deliver orders under 50 bucks like what if you're starving, can't cook and that's all you have?

But not a single steers in my area accepts online orders, oddly enough the debonairs right next to it does... Looks like I'm having pizza tonight instead

GOOD APP AWEFULL FOOD Ordered 3 burgers and chips. Asked for extra crispy chips. The burgers were cold and the chips were the total opposite of crispy.

Still waiting for my otp to create an account. Lol its almost christmas. Can SA get anything right?

App works fine. No Steers restaurants in my area seem to take on line orders or deliver. Waste of time.

Whats the point of doing delivery when the delivery time for a meal ends up being at this stage 80minutes already. Dont offer a service you clearly cant deliver

The app bombs out when i choose my local steers. Whey have a app that does not work. All the other steers in my area does not do online delivery.wtf?

Terrible service. Still waiting for my order a couple of hours later, no way to track the order and cant seem to ever get through to the branch.

They weren't firmiliar with the system at first when it was introduced ....but it go better to the point where I prefer using the app at my local steers in Stellenbosch

The app would work if I could place an order before it crashes

Selected 1 whacky then added a shake. Then changed it to 2 whacky and it automatically doubles everything on the order. Please make more user freindly

I got to the restaurant to collect and the order cost me more than the app said. There is an error on the ordering system. I'm not a happy customer right now!!!

4th time in a row steers messed up my online order and wasted my time. Can't recommend.

I love this app! I downloaded & used this app for the 1st time. Ordered from Steers Morningside Sandton. Got my order on record time. No problems at all. Will definitely be ordering through this app again soon

What's the point of having stores thatvdo not accept online orders? The whole idea behind having an app is so I don't have to speak to people.
